On 28th August, 23, i placed an order for a smartphone by paying a downpayment of 2700. It passed all the checks in the order list on snapmint app and showed that the order will be delivered to me on 22nd September, 23. No courier services take this long to deliver domestic shipments. I have sent them mails but i have not recieved any reply to them. I also texted them my concerns in the app but still there was no reply to that. And top of that the NACH is active and will auto-debit emi in october 23. I need a refund of my downpayment. I dont want to build any relation with a fake company like this.
