Respected officer, I am a customer of snapmint. I purchased a TV with snapmint and the emi amount is Rs.1087 per month.
On January 3rd, I paid emi manually through UPI to snapmint and it is reflected on snapmint. But later half an hour, Snapmint auto deduct the same emi amount from my account again for emi of January.
So I mailed them regarding this, they said may false promise on refund, so I called them back. They said they already refund the amount and but stil even this date[protected] the amount is not refunded. So I already asked them if refund is not applicable, then change it to emi of month of february, so that I don't need to pay again on Feb. But again they are providing false promises regarding this.
So I kindly requesting a refund or convert the amount to next month emi. Kindly do the required to resolve this issue. Thanks.
