I have purchased product in December 9.2022 but my old mobile number was missing..so kindly help me to pay my emi amount

I have ordered an gas stove and even after 15 days my product as not delivered ..
I want to cancel my order and snapmint is beggar app and founder is beggar.
I don't want anymore product from snapmint fraud app. .
Kindly requesting to solve my issue as soon as possible .I am receiving messages to pay emi for which i have not received products..

I've ordered iron and steamer on Feb 2 but I didn't receive any product yet, They scheduled emi for the product and also I didn't receive any single call from the snap mint side Please I request you cancel the order I don't need the product any more here after Thank you

I had taken product from snapmint. i had paid the emi's within time. but snapmint still not closed the loan and it is showing still on my cibil report it has been already 5-6 months. kindly do the needfull. loan needs to be closed.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from amazon using snapmint. But immediately after ordering, I found bad remarks on the seller. The seller have only one rating and it says he sent broken multiple plastics instead of the product. I don't want to deal with those sellers.

I immediately tried to cancel in snapmint mobile app. But it was not working. So I tried to contact snapmint using chat in snapmint mobile app but no one from snapmint cared to reply back. Also I tried to call on[protected], but its not working aswell. It just says callback registered or something and automatically disconnects. It's really disappointing & truly unacceptable support I received from snapmint regarding this. Also feb 4th 2023 I got a message from snapmint saying my order is processed. I don't need this as I can't trust the seller. Please cancel. I contacted snapmint way before the order gets processed and everything is getting ignored. Expecting a resolution soon.

Respected officer, I am a customer of snapmint. I purchased a TV with snapmint and the emi amount is Rs.1087 per month.

On January 3rd, I paid emi manually through UPI to snapmint and it is reflected on snapmint. But later half an hour, Snapmint auto deduct the same emi amount from my account again for emi of January.

So I mailed them regarding this, they said may false promise on refund, so I called them back. They said they already refund the amount and but stil even this date[protected] the amount is not refunded. So I already asked them if refund is not applicable, then change it to emi of month of february, so that I don't need to pay again on Feb. But again they are providing false promises regarding this.

So I kindly requesting a refund or convert the amount to next month emi. Kindly do the required to resolve this issue. Thanks.

I recently cleared all my EMIs completely & I am attaching NOC from snapmint proving the same. So, I want to close my loan account as soon as possible as it is affecting my cibil score

I have ordered and OnePlus earphone from snapmint website on emi but have recieved a boat earphone after that I tried to contact the seller I tried sending them emails I contacted snapmint but got no response whatsoever customer service of snapmint is really bad it's been 5 days already no response i didn't open the bubble package of the box please return your order snapmint i don't want boat earphone i have bought 3 OnePlus earphone in past and never did this happen to me how can you be so un trustworthy and ignorant it's been 5 days if you take some more days then my emi date will come this is Insane.
