Regarding My Order of Snapmint Not Received I mail you when i order Snapmint by using amazon voucher Order ID : 6682905 Order Value : 4894

I Still not received this order i continuously mail you call in customer care, tweet you on twitter but still not getting solution and i received messages from snapmint for emi not paying why i pay for not received order also I put complain against snapmint for threatening me for not received order payment collection stop text me and refund my down payment amount if i received any message or call from snapmint i case in consumer court for threatening me. your service is the worst all your customer care number in massage not reachable no one can received call you just text and threatening to the customer for payment not received first check your data customer have received order or not after give this type of massages. from snapmint daily text massages auto recorded call whatsapp massage. continues threating to a customer worst service ever now i want my down payment with interest and if i will not received my downpayment with interest than i will legal case filing.

I attached all the mail screenshot when i complain check and update your services.
I will take legal action against you @snapmint.

I have ordered TV on snapmint app with inbuilt flipkart app, with EMI on[protected].I have ordered the product because of some good offers going at Flipkart. But order Show under processing in snapmint app and not been visible on Flipkart. Also unable to contact their customer care.
Then today[protected] morning only upon my continues contact on customer care they were replied that "instead of product we are sending vouchers to you and not able to cancel the order".The product price increased now and i am not able to purchase the product on my desired price.When i contacted to the customer care through phone, they are behaving very rudely and arrogantly.Its pure case of cheating the customer.Sir, i am requesting to take necessary action against the defaulter.Attaching all relevant details for reference.

It's been month now . the day 1 I got this foxsky TV I created issue with snapmint Foxsky and Croma team for a damaged peace of TV as adge panel has been out from tv but no one responded properly.. engineer visited and a waste person .. he asked to contact some other engineer. when i did call the shared number other tech person is not taking responsibility. And saying me not sure why I am connecting him

So as it is I am keeping and stopped all emi payment and now theret email and messages to affect my cibil coming every day . always paid on time to snapmint and i said I will the day I will get my issue fixed. They are threatening now saying they will send executive to harass me

I ordered from Amazon via snapmint and the delivery guy said that I get an OTP but I didn't get one so he didn't have me my package and he cancelled my order it's my first time shoping from snapmint it's disappointing ☹️

They are scammers who are unwilling to permit you to terminate your account. Despite sending five emails, you have yet to receive a response regarding the closure of your account.

To snapmint pvt ltd .
I had purchased a product with order- id 8245201 on 5th april 2023 on emi .
Of which i have done down payment to snapmint credit advisory payume with transaction id[protected] .
Now it has been 3-4 days no updates on my order and no response from the customer care[protected] . If my application was rejected or unable to process id rather need my refund with compensation for the mental disturbances & issues

They are doing fraud, even after deducting my money for down payment they are showing product details missing and its been more than 24 hours i even dropped 2 3 emails to them but they are not responding, please take action against such fraudsters, i need my money back.

I want to close my snapmint loan account, please raise the issue and close my account

I had purchase a watch from snapmint which was 1200 but i got charged around 1900 for it also i paid my emi even before time period and ask the chat support and email support to close my account and report to cibil but its been 6 months no reposnse from the team . Accully that is my last tenure of EMI i paid via paytm Rs1, 111 on april 4th, i didn't see that time afterwards i checked my bank transactions Snapmint was deducted twice!, I tried to contact them but not responding and there's no options to raise a complaint in Snapmint app also now i don't know what to do please help me to get back my money

The EMIs are completed on 4th February 2023. However I have not received the NIC Certificate from Snapmint yet. Looking forward for the same soon

I placed order 10days ago fire boltt legacy watch from fire boltt official website through using pay later option in snapmint but order not placed in fire boltt site but emi amount enable to my account and Rs.1267/- debited my account without order confirmation how u can debit amount in my account and in fireboltt official site not showing order details with your giving order I'd. But in your site showing order fire boltt order I'd that I'd is my phone number only. Are you cheated me. I'm giving police complaint in cyber crime if your not responding. I'm seriously saying I'm taken action against you. So Clear My problem ASAP.

I ordered a product worth Rs 499 from Amazon (through Snapmint app) and was asked to pay some amount of money as down payment, after I paid 75 Rs (as down payment) they said that they'll deliver the product to me.
It's been over two months, I haven't received the product yet and they're forcing me to pay the emi amount (212 x2) out of which I've paid one emi because they texted me (as sms) that they'll take action against me and send a person to my home address. I got frightened 😑 and paid one of the emi.
The company is neither responding to my mails nor my calls.
I don't know what to do now.
Now they're forcing me to pay another emi.

Hello This is Ranjith I purchased firebolt smartwatch from snapmint website, during payment once I paid amount of Rs1485 it was refunded because of payment unsuccessful from upi again it asked for the payment i paid through debit card order got successfull but it was showing up in snapmint order and i didn't receive product also this was purchased on 15 March 2023 which purchased for Emi the total worth of smartwatch was 4500 rupees and it was purchased from snapmint and Transaction I'd for 1485 amount is - Transaction I'd - S42628002
