    Sir order no. 6771651 ke according maine boad airbuds 141 ke liye order kiya tha but aapne wrong airbuds send kiya hai. isliye ye wale airbuds ko exchange ya return karva den.

        I received a fake product that I ordered through snapmint, i have shared unboxing video. It's snapmint responsibility to either replace the product or refund my money. I have tried calling on customer support number and they keep telling, it's under process and today they told it will not be replaced,
        I have used snapmint platform to order so it's snapmint responsibility to resolve my issue.
        On last call i was told that Amazon has Denied the claim so I have to keep it.
        I have nothing to do what Amazon has said,
        I have ordered from snapmint hence it's there responsibility not mine.
        If you're are not willing to resolve my issue

          Dear team

          Snapmint had deducted upfront payment of Rs.3239 and rest of the payment was agreed on to be paid in 3 EMIs for order[protected]FLOPESO.

          Order id 6744543

          However I have cancelled the order same day and asked snapmint customer care to refund my payment and cancel EMI

          I am yet to receive any kind of confirmation from snapmint regarding refund process and timelines on mail or calls

          please help me here

              I had ordered a Bajaj Majesty 2900 W oil filled room heater(RH 11F Plus, Black) on 4 January 2023 with order id : 6682377 . As odered in EMI, an amount of Rs 1498 has already paid on the same day for order confirmation, also EMI of Rs 1348 has to be auto debit from the coming next feb month till july 2023.Now on the day of delivery on 9 January'23, an amazon delivery called me regarding the order, as I got there to receive the order, seeing the box it is full of sespence that its the thing I ordered and thus returned the product without opening. No opening cause the box only weighs about 1 kg and outside of it written 16 kg.
              I would like to request for a proper order return or refund my amount deposited with cancelling my all auto debit emi.Also attaching the photo of the box along with receipt.

                        After 9 days, my order is still shows preparing for dispatch,
                        i also trying to contact through Customer care no. but call not connected, always says that THANKS FOR CALLING SNAPMINT. What the hell is this.

                        before that i use KISTT app for buy products on EMI but after hearing good reviews of Snapmint, i starts using this,

                        BUT now i preffer everyone to STAY AWAY FROM SNAPMINT

                          I opted for a 3 months EMI plan offer( Rs.849 for 3 months) by snapmint while making a purchase through a website called Street Style Store.

                          I paid every emi on time and even received a NOC certificate as well however it’s been showing as an active loan under all the credit apps . I checked for my CIBIL score and active loans under different accounts and it’s showing as active everywhere even though it’s fully paid.

                          The team never reach out nor reply to emails and haven’t rectified it till the date. Attaching the proofs below:

                            My Snapmint Order ID- 6330674 was placed on 14th December 2022 but again I received a message from Snapmint saying that they are not able to process my order and will be giving a Amazon voucher of the same amount if I give a missed call on their number and if i don't give any miss call within 2 days they will refund my Down payment money, but now it's 22nd December 2022 still neither I have received any Amazon voucher nor any refund.. kindly please help me out with this fraud company, I am not able to Contact the customer care also

                              My Snapmint Order ID- 633067 I made on 14th December 2022, i received a message from Snapmint saying that they are not able to process the order, they told to give a missed call if I want a Amazon voucher instead of refund or else they will refund my money in 2 days.. it's 22nd December they didn't gave me refund or Amazon voucher anything.. I need help regarding this

                                I have ordered a watch' 6th dec 2022since it is showing delivered and i havent received it yet. Since 19.dec 2022 i got a message regarding voucher and that to i havent receivied in my mail.i want to cancel.my order and refund my downpayment asap

                                  I cancelled my order and received a confirmation for the same from their partner 10 days ago and my refund has not be initiated yet. I would like for it to be resolved asap as the contact number provided at snapmint's website is absolutely useless
