Hello I placed an order in snapmint and down payment 5407rs. got debited in my account also and without my consent refund initiated and it's been five hours Still my money has not been refunded.. please as soon as possible resolve my problem please.

        So i am regular user of snapmint last i have ordered for i phone 12 and also make down payment of rupees 8250.00 now i am trying to reach snapmint CUSTOMER CARE there is no response from them i have raised ticket also but no response it shows prepairing for dispatch further no process in order if you don't process my order just refund my down payment of rs. 8250 and from this day i will not use this bloody ### app there are lots of app where i can order but we believe that snapmint is good but time to time it will down it's own rating with frustrating service there is no any CUSTOMER CARE over there

                My product not receive. I place my order in 30 November but this status is stop preparing for dispatch. I am very angry for snapmint. Snapmint customer service tell me my product when is receive.

                  I am trying to reach customer service since 2-3 days, from call, chats still no response.
                  The call asks to dial 1 or 2 and after dialing they disconnect call saying no response also the give no response on chats.
                  Who will guide us than?
                  My order from street style store has been cancelled due to no stock available and now I have to cancel it from snapmint too.
                  And stop my emi's and get my refund money.
                  Please help me

And i did all emi's on time and never due your emis late etc. But you closed my account for no reasons and in my cibil your loan is still active please close is loan my phone number is +91 [protected] and reopen my account because i didn't late your payments or late.

                        I paid the EMI manually (order ID[protected] for the month of November but Snapmint deducted the amount by NACH. So, I requested either to refund or assign for the upcoming EMI and the Snapmint informed it would be done and I do not need to pay the EMI for the month of December. However, the EMI has been deducted again for the month of December and the Snapmint couldn't resolve my requisition for the whole November and as far as I'm concerned the Snapmint did not inform to NACH on purpose. Now I need refund I do not want to lose my money like that.

                                  Nov 30 I got message your vouchers is sent to your registered mail id, I have check my mail id but no vouchers I get, I have check my login there shown wrong mail id on the same I have complaint to snapmint please check my order id your send vouchers to wrong mail id please update my mail id and resend the vouchers to my registered mail id then say ok within 48 hours your mail id is updated but mail id is not updated, Dec 6 I got vouchers text message I have to try to add that vouchers to my amazon wallet but that vouchers not added there shown Already redeemed the vouchers already used someone else.But I am not using that coupons now I cant pay that EMIs please clear my problem and send valid coupons my maild otherwise I cant pay EMI s.

                                    I have purchased an Amazon voucher from Snapmint app on 04.12.2022. The Voucher that I got on my email was already used. The email that I received from snapmint regarding my voucher is as follows:-

                                    Message is as under:-
                                    Gift Card ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Gift Card Code: xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx Rs. 1440.0 Expiry Date:[protected] Please Note: Snapmint or it's representatives
                                    But it says that this above-mentioned voucher is already been received. I still not able to redeemed my voucher and after complaining about this matter to Snapmint Customer Care Service they say that they are not responsible for it and cannot help me in regards to this matter.
