I am trying to cancel my order but when i am clicking the cancel button, it won't cancelling my order.because of that i can't order other thing, please do something.

I ordered a MUFTI Plain Cotton Slim Fit Mens Casual Wear Shirt from snapmint based on emi. The down payment is ₹158 I paid. One day after order the product snapmint site shows it’s out of stock. I contact them but not responding. Didn’t get any response from their site. I need the refund and need to cancle the order .

I have cleared all the dues to snapmint. Further have sent multiple emails to customer care, till date I have not received any response from them. Even tried calling their helpline. But its never gets connected.

I here by submitting my complaint of not deactivating my account permanently and not rectifying my CIBIL

I made a cloth purchase with w website online with snapmint emi option i have paid Rs. 2365 2st emi to initiate the purchase. I ordered 6 and had returned 3 due to quality issues the amount of Rs. 3397. W order numberI had to return 2 products, which was pickup today by the assigned team.

already refunded from w to snapmint but snapmint is not adjusting my total purchase amount of Rs. 7094. I just need to pay Rs. 1333 after adjustment.
Snapmint doesn't have a valid customer care number to call. The number reaches to ivr which provides track order or emi status and drops choosing any option there is no one available to talk. There is no one to address the customer care email.
I am having follow-up with w to help me on this but not receiving any support.

My first emi is on the March 3.

They are not processing the order as the due time is over and it has been two days they are not responding

Hello sir I need my NOC CERTIFICATE regarding my previous loan. I have paid all the EMI along with overdue charges about 1 years ago, My order id is 1205887. Please sent my NOC CERTIFICATE with immediate effect. Till now its effect on Cibil_Score.

Snapmint is not refunding my additional deduction that they made due to their technical glitch, I have checked with payment gateway i e. PayU and they confirmed to get the refund from Snapmint. But Snapmint neither answers my mail not they answer the calls made to them since last 01 week.
Please refund my amount.

On Jan 30 i have ordered a sandle, a vaporizer, an essential oil, and a moisting bags from flipkart through Snapmint. But my flipkart account shows no orders that i ordered through snapmint. Since then i did'nt got any of tracking details from them. I chose 3 month emi option from them, and also paid some amount too. I tried to contact them many time, when i call them everytime icouldn't connect to them. I tried to connect to them through their chat but still got nothing. Now i need to the monthly installments too. Why i have to pay more money if i did'nt get anything, already my initially paid money gone. Im requesting you to please do the necessary things to help me.

I've ordered iron and steamer on Feb 2 but I didn't receive any product yet, They scheduled emi for the product and also I didn't receive any single call from the snap mint side Please I request you cancel the order I don't need the product any more here after Thank you

I had taken product from snapmint. i had paid the emi's within time. but snapmint still not closed the loan and it is showing still on my cibil report it has been already 5-6 months. kindly do the needfull. loan needs to be closed.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from amazon using snapmint. But immediately after ordering, I found bad remarks on the seller. The seller have only one rating and it says he sent broken multiple plastics instead of the product. I don't want to deal with those sellers.

I immediately tried to cancel in snapmint mobile app. But it was not working. So I tried to contact snapmint using chat in snapmint mobile app but no one from snapmint cared to reply back. Also I tried to call on[protected], but its not working aswell. It just says callback registered or something and automatically disconnects. It's really disappointing & truly unacceptable support I received from snapmint regarding this. Also feb 4th 2023 I got a message from snapmint saying my order is processed. I don't need this as I can't trust the seller. Please cancel. I contacted snapmint way before the order gets processed and everything is getting ignored. Expecting a resolution soon.

Respected officer, I am a customer of snapmint. I purchased a TV with snapmint and the emi amount is Rs.1087 per month.

On January 3rd, I paid emi manually through UPI to snapmint and it is reflected on snapmint. But later half an hour, Snapmint auto deduct the same emi amount from my account again for emi of January.

So I mailed them regarding this, they said may false promise on refund, so I called them back. They said they already refund the amount and but stil even this date[protected] the amount is not refunded. So I already asked them if refund is not applicable, then change it to emi of month of february, so that I don't need to pay again on Feb. But again they are providing false promises regarding this.

So I kindly requesting a refund or convert the amount to next month emi. Kindly do the required to resolve this issue. Thanks.
