I've placed an order in snapmint through EMIs option & I haven't received the product yet but snapmint asking me to pay the first EMI amount, they're constantly threatening me by sending the messages in WhatsApp

    I order a watch on 29th October and paid the down payment of rupees Rs660 after making payment product is not available and order got cancel and money got debited. It had been more than 9 days my money is still not provided to me. I very upset and want my money back please take action against this fraud company. Order ID 5575670.

      I purchased redmi10 mobile in snapmint. On the first emi date i paid through phone pe and then debited money from my account. App shows if multiple emi debited, it will edjust next emi but snapmint app never adjust next emi.

      Number of times Mails sent and do whatsapp but never responded properly.

      Very bad bad experience with snapmint

        My order id is 4707312, why there is delay in refunding the amount, no reply from customer support also atleast they should reply with something, worst service I have ever had, I need the amount to be refunded asap, thanks.

          I have take a new mobile phone on june month one plus nord ce2 lite 5 g mobile. I have pay emi through upi on july, august, september from city union bank.for october month upi transactions done by esaf small finance bank on 3.10.2022.but you have take auto debit from city union bank.for november month am not able to pay emi because I have pay twice time in october month.kindly adjust the emi payments from exciting month, here I have attached screenshot for your proof.

            Hi my name is Asif.
            I'm using snapmint for a long time but by mistake click to the order button which i don't need. and their is no cancel option the application. so i called the customer to cancel but they refused. i got the delivery. i paid the amount forcefully. it had been 2 months i paid the amount but still the loan is active and my cibil is going down very badly. and they have blocked my number i cant contact. please Help me out

                I made a down payment of 669 In snapmint app of EMI on 21/10/2022, the order is cancelled in that day and I didn't not received my refunded money back, in app order is showing that the money is refunded in account, but I didn't not received my money back and I raised many compliments to customer care, but I didn't not get any response from them . Iam requesting to solve this problem !..

                    I needed the invoice for the purchase order number 3318830. I had raised the ticket over 3 weeks ago and I am not getting any reply from them.

                    They don't have customer care number they don't reply on emails and chat.

                    I want this company to be shutdown so that other people can be saved from this terrible lack of support.

                      I've Ordered Crocs From Flipkart and Initially they Made it Late, so the Product was out pf Stock, later Ordered another Crocs, but I was Not Satisfied with that product, So I cancelled! Its been Months Snapmint Haven't Refunded my Money and Cancelled the EMI!! Please Resolve!! Snapmint is a Scam Company without any Formal consumer Care!! And They don't Pick the Call at all!!                         Today on 3 nov. 2022, I ordered a JBL go 3 speaker from snapmint on EMI, therefore the EMI for 5 month is 616 rupees and downpayment is 495 rupees, but at the time of payment snapmint deducted an extra payment of 495 with the downpayment amount of 495 without my permission and without any reason, so I want a refund and I need my money back, please help me !!

                          The fourth EMI of Snapmint Order No 3618499 of Value INR 24, 999 with EMI Rs. 3938 has debited twice on 04th October 2022. I have raised multiple requests on Snapmint mobile app to reverse/ refund the amount that has been debited extra than the actual one. Still there is no response.

                            I have ordered product but still not delivered to me and they have marked it as delivered. No reply on this from last 10 days saying they are looking into the matter.
                            They have financed it and Amazon is seller. 3rd of every month is emi date if not paid they will threat of credit score and all. I will be paying for product which I have not recieved yet.

                            Terrible customer support service put calls on hold for half and half hours.

                            Really a fraudsters snapmint is.

                                        Lodged this complain at Snapmint also on 12th Oct'22 but its but still didn't get any single reply or comments from them ..
                                        & on 3rd Nov EMI is going to deduct from account which is already refunded to Snapmint & they are not even seen the complaints.
