I have being waiting for long time it shows Dear user our internal credit policies
We cannot approve your emi purchase. Try again after 3 months, after 3 months try again after jan 2023. I really got irriated and waiting for a long time solve my issue

    Already paid down payment but not confirmed

    I tried emi basis order in snapmint app and paid the downpayment amount through phone pay UPI 2710
    But order is not confirmed and didn't received any confirmation message from snapmint it still shows its in progress, i need my amount back or i need order as I placed...

    Your customer care number is total fraud. I called customer care number [protected] for 25-30 times but no one responds. You do not have an e-mail address on your site.

      It's been a month I didn't received my order.. I have ordered it from myntra through snapmint pay!! Is it fraud?? Are you company cheating with the customer's !! And next month is EMI payment what's the use of not getting the product.. How will I pay for it.. So please kindly look into the matter!!

In the order tracking status it shows delivered but the product doesn't reached to me neither any delivery guy call me. I cantact the customer care but no response.                                 Please note that I ordered an induction from snapmint but then after paying downpayment, I received a messagethat it has gone rejected so you sent me a voucher to avail on Flipkart. Then I ordered the same from there and applied the voucher. I’ve now received the induction but still getting notifications from snapmint of pending emis. Please check and let me know what and why this is happening.
