I have ordered product but still not delivered to me and they have marked it as delivered. No reply on this from last 10 days saying they are looking into the matter.
They have financed it and Amazon is seller. 3rd of every month is emi date if not paid they will threat of credit score and all. I will be paying for product which I have not recieved yet.

Terrible customer support service put calls on hold for half and half hours.

Really a fraudsters snapmint is.

It's been showing my order for pending verification from long time. I'm not even getting the refund or cancell the order kindly acknowledge the issue and refund the amount of rs 2249

Lodged this complain at Snapmint also on 12th Oct'22 but its but still didn't get any single reply or comments from them ..
& on 3rd Nov EMI is going to deduct from account which is already refunded to Snapmint & they are not even seen the complaints.

I ordered Van Husen Analog watch of MRP 949 dated 5th Oct'22 from flipkart via Snapmint & didn't like the product to returned it on dated 11th oct'22
Flipkart refunded 949 Rs to Snapmint in their Gift Card Wallet on dated 12th Oct'22 . So now Snapmint received his refund but EMIs are still showing in my Snapmint Account. So Snapmint please check this details & Close this EMIs for this purchase.

I have recently made two purchases from Myntra through snapmint app and I am not able to track my order status. There is no information as to where the packages are or when they would be reaching me. It has already been two weeks.

I ordered a VIVO v23 on 12 october 12:34PM, it had shown that Seller Confirmation (ETA:Oct 14 12:34 PM)
It's been 2 days and it's still showing the same. Your app says order will be dispatched in less than 48 hrs but my order haven't even started the process of dispatching. I need the order as fast as possible.

I ordered a pair of shoe via snapmint. But the seller send me the wrong size number i.e 9 instead of 8 . So i instantly complaint the issue to their customer care and also processed the online method for return. After a day later a representative from snapmint told me to return the product anyhow before 2 days Or I have to pay the emi of the product. Later on I got the whatsapp update from the same courier who delivered the order that one of their representative will collect the wrong product. But the courier person had not come. At late evening when I called the courier person that you have to pickup a return product from my location. He told me that he will collect the product tomorrow and after the call. A whatsApp update came on my number that my address was not complete so the courier representative unable to pick up the product. Funny part is that the same person was assigned for pick up the return product who earlier has delivered the product. The next day when I called the courier person that please take my product today then he replied that I didn't get any confirmation from the company about that order so I can't take your return product.

After that no one called me neither snapmint company representative nor courier person.

After 5-6 days I got a mail related my E.M.I

Pathetic..I placed an ten days back also
paid the down payment but processing is still
pending. I tried their chatbox too many times to
get help but they didn't respond. Now more than
many hours has passed. Their ETA for verification
period is also over. Now I'm very much worried.
Please don't use this app. It's a big scam.

Death Team we have order noise color fit pro 4 smart watch but till time didn't receive order id 4953191 and we have tri to contact to customers care 23 sep to till date but didn't any Ripley to me we have wrote to chat box and also drop mail so please help to us

I ordered gift card for emi.. But i didnt received it and they told they sent and asking me to pay for what i havnt used

I have placed the order with this fraud company 3 days back and I am not getting any reply from them,

They don't have customer care number they don't reply on email and chat

I want this company to be shutdown so that other people can be saved

I want to cancel my order but these people don't even reply
