    I have ordered a productive before 10days it should have deliverd in 5 - 10days it is showing deliverd bt there is no msg nor call I couldn't track the order too 443 down-payment have been deducted and emi has been updated from next month bt I haven't received the product yet

      Please note that I ordered an induction from snapmint but then after paying downpayment, I received a messagethat it has gone rejected so you sent me a voucher to avail on Flipkart. Then I ordered the same from there and applied the voucher. I’ve now received the induction but still getting notifications from snapmint of pending emis. Please check and let me know what and why this is happening.

          The verification which was expected to be finished by 10 aug 4 pm is still not completed and the money already has been deducted when will i get my phone ther is no confirmation .

              I ordered and return the product..i received the return mail also..but i didn't get the refund amount. I paid 2 emi but it's not updated it's showing only 1 emi paid..it's a fraud app making customer fools..kindly take action these frauds

                  I ordered a 3 product from amazon 25 jul 2022 order id no:4274504
                  total amt- 2923 -downpayment paid- 523 which i have not received till date.
                  when i wanted to know why the delivery is getting delayed so much i try to contact custmer care but no any connected call then after i try to send email [protected]@snapmint.com but no any repond and after 10 days snapmint order detail chang and show deliverd i was very surprised, i did not get my product, it has been recived. i want to know who has recived my order, i havent received any phone call from delivery boy.which courier company didi you send by ? i need that courier company name and phone number, your custemer care number is totally fraud. what can i do..procuct not deliverd how can i pay the EMI & how can i return my downpayment and stop emi from snapmint? I DON'T GET MY PRODUCT THEN I WILL NOT PAY ANY EMI i want my payment back too.otherwise i will take legal action against you.

                    While pay down payment the amount is deducted from the bank byt the app still ask to pay down payment

                      I, Brajendra Chandra Bharmar, placed an order for a mobile phone "OnePlus 10R (Forest Green 12GB/256GB)" worth of Rs. 40, 838/- from Snapmint (in Flipkart category) vide ORDER NO. 4276411 on 25/07/2022 by paying Rs. 6, 126/- as Downpayment. (ALL SCREENSHOTS ATTACHED)

                      Product was shipped on 26/07/2022 and for some reason the same was cancelled by Flipkart on 27/07/2022. I informed the same to Snapmint customer care and they assured me that I will get my refund of my Downpayment of Rs. 6, 126/- within 72 Hours.

                      Now it's been 7 Days now and no refund has been given to me and they have blocked my number for calling them. Even they are not responding in chat support and not replying to my email, too.

                      I spoke to Flipkart customer care. They said, Flipkart has already issued refund to Snapmint (as you can see in the SCREENSHOTS BELOW).

                      I am very tensed. Please look into the matter and kindly help me with this so that I could get my hard earned money from these cheap fraudsters.

                          I don't recieved any of 3 product yet.. bt they show to pay EMI dues of this 3products, they called many times to pay emi.. products are dont deliverd how can i pay the emi, this is a fraud company, if i call customer care numbers did not connected.. what can i do.. how can i return back my downpayments from snapmint ?

                              Cancelled the order - Hold EMI

                              Hi Snapmint,

                              I ordered the product through snapmint app, but later i changed my mind to cancel the order, but there is no option in the app. When I reach to customer care, they said at the time of delivery you just return back the order to the delivery agent itself.
                              Right now the product it's in shipment, but i don't know when it going to return the product to snapmint.

                              Cibil score

                              I have paid all the EMI and all before their due dates the app also mentioned these details. But my cibil report mentions a late payment and not paid all the amount which is effecting the credit score....

                              I booked an airpods 2nd generation through Snapmint and they send me damaged product as it was not working properly from day one, right side buds was not charged by case and it only works for 1 hour max and i raise a complaint to snapmint they are saying they can no refund it go to the app store and we will not return it
                              i purchase it for 11499 and they are behaving like its only for 1000

                                  I placed an order on SSS (StreetStyleStore) and paid via snapmint and amount of INR 999 in the month of April (17th, 2022). I did not receive any delivery for over a month till the time it was my first payment of INR 250 was due. I enquired at both SSS and Snapmint and they said it will be delivered. So, I made the first payment to Snapmint of RS. 250 without receiving the product. Its been 3 months there is no sign of delivery, and the snapmint is harassing me for the balance payment. Every time i spoke to their agents i mentioned that i did not receive the product I need a refund of INR 250. But no one is willing to revert and I have been constantly harassed by the agents through calls and texts. I have written complaints on the website and on the phone but no one seems to be interested. But they are talking about the credit score, the penalties, etc. I need to paid my instalment back an amount of INR 250 which was paid in the month of May 2022

                                    Hello Team, I have placed an order through snapmint to avail discount and pay an EMI that would be feasible for me. I had to wait for three days no response from snapmint or order had no updated.

                                    4036519 Order number which I have placed through TITAN. Anyhow I have purchased it from TITAN itself late on after back to back class to the customer service number which is like next level of performance acting on 24-36 hours your order will be ready and dispatched which did not happen till date that is 26-July-2022. That will never happen too I just called today and the vague reply was kindly call TITAN and complain “lol” I have already sent an email long back to cancel the order. Called them number of times to cancel the order. WhatsApp chat have also been updated, but nothing worked out. Please resolve and refund the amount. Atleast forget about refund and cancellation. Please don’t issue EMI and bug me that would effect my CIBIL score I please request to CANCEL MY ORDER 4036519.
