I have ordered one watch from snapmint and Rs.1899 amazon voucher gifted to me from snapmint on dated 09-Jun-22 but when I tried to redeemed the voucher it shows already redeemed and many time I tried to connect with customer care no any positive response got from their end.

    I had ordered whirlpool 7kg washing machine 11th March 2022, and the product was supposed to be delivered by 11th April. It's still undelivered.
    i have already paid my first emi 1152 rs.
    i hv been contacting them since 2 months.but the customer care is not solving my issue, each time I contact them.they just delay by saying our team will contact u in 48 hours.
    Also m getting spam call and msgs from snapmint forcing me to pay emi else they will contact my office and home.

      My product not delivered but shows as completed and no response from customer care too

      Hi my order id's are 3704402 and 3715912 from snapmint app which was placed on June 4 and 5th. My order shows completed and delivered on the app but I didn't recieve my order nor any tracking id or anything of those sorts. I tried contacting customer care but no response too...

      my refund is pending and didn't received any refund and any voucher and i tried to call it says no order placed and place order but in app order is showing and i called to cancel order but still not canceled and showing in app kindly cancel order or give me vouchers to can order you can check the picture for more details.

        I initiated a order for a mi watch and the downpayment was 1500. Order got cancelled out of stock but still no sign of refund or any place on the app that helps with refund of downpayment. Ive attached screenshot too for the same

          Ad ordered a UPS in snapmint website and i had paid 880 rupees as a front payment and i had allowed that company to debit monthly EMI of rupees 550 for 12 months...but it has been 1 month over i didnt get the product and the order status is still showing as pending and i cant able to cancel the order kindly cancel the order and refund my amount and u people should not debit the EMI money from my bank account

            Mane down payment par oneplus Nord Ce 2 lite mobile phone order kiya tha lekin mujhe mera product abhi tak nahi mila hai aur Na vaha se mujhe koi jankari di hai. Waha likha hua hai ki apka ye mobile phone ka colour out of stock hai to mai chahta hoon ki koi doosra colour bheje ya phir mera payment refund kare.

              Refund Issue from Snapmint for order from Sleepycat#2093811

              Ordered mattress from Sleepycat where the same website recommended Snapmint for EMI options and paid initial amount of rupees 4860/- unfortunately Sleepycat mattress was delivered with wrong size, because of their response same mattress ordered has been cancelled, approved loan EMI from Snapmint were closed by Sleepycat but the initial amount I paid to Snapmint was not yet refunded.

              Contacted via IVR call but it said refund...

                Wrong loan account no 380551403022022109215 showing in my cibil score

                I have never apply or use Snapmint EMI services but snapmint finance open loan account no 380551403022022109215 using my pan details and aadhaar details.
                I have complaint many time regarding this via twitter and mail but snapmint never reply.
                It may be someone miss using my pan no or aadhaar no.
                But snapmint never verified using aadhaar OTP or biometric verification
                And a fake account open behalf of my details.br...

                Google Play gift card not received

                I wanted to order a google play gift card from flipkart through snapmint. Snapmint took the down payment but doesn't ordered the gift card. Instead they give me a gift card no. that wasn't working on google play. I tried to reach customer care but they don't even respond...

                2 months ago I have order Bluetooth headphones from snapmint app I have recieved my order but product I get is allready used by someone and working
                Then same day I have applied for return
                On the date of 18th April your employee took back that order from me.

                But till the date of today I didn't get my refund
                Or didn't cancel my EMI
                I don't know I pay that emi or not

                I had make 100 of calls to the customer care they are saying yes sir in two days your issue is being solved
                But it's allready 2 months they didn't solve my issue

                If my issue not solve in 2 days I will definitely go through customer care
                I have your call recording and other proofs agains your company

                Also I am going to upload all the proofs and recording to social media also

                I am very embarrassed from this snapmint

                    I have not yet received my order yet the delivery guy came twice since all o[censored]s are working people at house we couldn't receive the order. They never contacted us back after that and they canceled the order so I requested for my refund of rs 400 back which was paid to snapmint beforehand, I received a mail from streetstyle store that i will get my refund back within 7 working days...

                    I have purchased Redmi note10s for 15, 999 in the month of September03 2021.Emi plan was set for 9months. After all the payments are completed still the emi status is showing active in the cibil report. I want to close the account and emi status in cibil report to closed. I do have the noc certificate with me. Order Id is 2115988.

                      I had ordered whirlpool washing machine priced 10690 on 11th March 2022.
                      It was processed successfully and i was notified that order will get delivered on 11th April 2022.But they dint deliver the product..i asked for my courier tracking I'd..they dint give me.
                      I asked them to cancel my order.but they dint.

                      I have paid my first emi which is 1152 rs.
                      Later i dint paid the emi...cuz they denied to deliver product by saying seller denied.

                      Even after that..i am getting calls from their team to pay emi..also they r deducting money from my bank account by showing mandate.

                      I asked about the same ..but they are not giving me any solution
