I had ordered whirlpool washing machine priced 10690 on 11th March 2022.
It was processed successfully and i was notified that order will get delivered on 11th April 2022.But they dint deliver the product..i asked for my courier tracking I'd..they dint give me.
I asked them to cancel my order.but they dint.

I have paid my first emi which is 1152 rs.
Later i dint paid the emi...cuz they denied to deliver product by saying seller denied.

Even after that..i am getting calls from their team to pay emi..also they r deducting money from my bank account by showing mandate.

I asked about the same ..but they are not giving me any solution

    I have placed an order for footwear from streets style store and opted for an option of emi through shipment. I have paid for the down payment amount Rs250. But still order was not placed. Kindly look into this.

        I had done a downpayment of Rs 6, 249.00 on 20th March 2022 & and paid one EMI of 3125 on 3rd April 2022 and 3rd May 2022.

        From last 3 months I am behind snapmint team for my refund.

        Below mentioned is the order cancellation confirmation from Furbicle.

          I have placed an order on sss and already payed the down-payment. On the sss app it never showed that the order got placed yet on the snapmint app it showed that the order has been placed. I later went on to check and it says the order has been cancelled how do I get my refund back??????? I NEED MY REFUND

                      Online shopping Fraud

                      I ordered 3 products, which I have not received till date. When I wanted to know why the delivery is getting delayed so much. So i checked my order status. Then it shows that my products has been delivered. I was very surprised, I did not get my product, it has been received.
                      I want to know who has received my order, I haven't received any phone call from delivery boy. Which courier company did you send by? I need that courier company...

                      Hello my name is vaibhav and i ordered a reebok women slipper from snapmint on two month emi paid 123 down payment (347 in two emi).

                      On 4 April 2022 i received my order but due to some size issue i called snapmint customer care to replace it with 5 number as i ordered 6 no.

                      They asked photos which i sended to snapmint email then they placed replacement and on 7 April Amazon Delivery partner took that slipper.

                      And from that date till 12 may when I am writing this, believe me i called everyday to snapmint but from 7 April to 2 may my calls cutted automatically, i tried with another no also same and i sended more then 20 mails and also 12 complaints on their website .

                      Then i told emi person whom no was given by snapmint for emi help, i told them everything, sended proofs but they did not help .

                      Some how on 2 may i am able to contact them they told me to wait for 72 hours .

                      After that same thing no response nothing only sending sms about paying emi else your civil score will impacted .

                      Amount is very low I can pay easily but it's not about small amount or big it's about justice to customer .

                      I don't know how these type of platforms regulate in India .

                      No one cares about a common customer .

                      Some how i managed to call their customer care after a month their number became reachable . My order is cancelled and one more thing snapmint customer care a boy don't know his name, he start abusing me like that why are you calling this that for 123 rupees of down payment . This is so ridiculous it's not about 123 rupees it's about they are threatening for credit score entry for a product whom I don't receive. In end this is india so customer is third class citizen type of mentality specially a Normal person who belongs to lower middle class

                          Fist up all I order smart watched it RS 3499 and I payed down payment also 350 rs and after that it's showing the seller confirmation not given after 2 days same and last it's showing the product is out of stock then why are u telling to pay down payment shoe the status early in ur page w will stop ordering if they are out of stock agian in amazon its showing the stock is there then again I booked support if snap mint app again I payed down payment of 350 and still idts showing delivery in progress one week idts showing like that's only need my order or give ma down payment amount just ur customer care executive are alka are behaving alike Buffalo if they are not interested to do work then why are u giveing tem job and slaary totally waste need answer to complaint

                                On 12th April-22 i placed an order of Rs4590 after 8 days i called to Snapmint care and know that order not placed but site showing order dispatched and deliver progress now showing delivered even order not placed . Snapmint care update me due to order not placed Same value gift coupon mailed to you on 12th April-22 which I didn't know as they don't update me Or call me. For this i cancelled the order on same day .Snapmint update & confirmed that order has been cancled and refund will inisiate in 2days but when I called today 26th April 22 I got to know the coupon has been redeemed actually I don't know for this when I checked my mail same gift coupon mail receives 10times in my id from [protected]@snapmint.com . I called to Amozon care they update SHIVA KUMAR named person redeemed coupon which I don't know even neither use this coupon.
                                Now Snapmint update they can't help as coupon redeemed. and no support given by Snapmint.
                                Give resolution immediately refund my money.
