Refund amount for the payment

Hello, I wanted to purchase the mobile moto g10 power using my hdfc debit card EMI option. Initially, I paid 2100rs and was waiting for the order. However I got a notification that the price is increased I have to pay 2500rs as the difference amount additionally but unfortunately in two days I got a notification stating the product is out of stock and I chose the refund.       I bought a watch a few days ago and after that I returned it. I had made a down payment of Rs.1799. Till now i have not received the down payment while titan company is afraid to return the money. And the customer care number given on the website of this company does not get calls.

            My order no. 2506999 was placed on SNAPMINT and down payment was deducted but my order is showing `Your product is out of stock'. I want to place a new order but snapmint is not allowing me to do so. The customer care is not picking up my phone. There is no message from snapmint. Please cancel my order and allow me to place a new order.

My money is debited feom my account and I still didn’t receive any details of my order. My order number is 2420540. And they are not telling me if I will get my order. If I won’t then I want my refund of rs 1198. This is not done if you do this to customers how will you grow your business.
