I had orderedrhe mobile phone from snapmit app on emi but ihad didnot recieved the product but onsiteit was showing delieverd and asking for emi payments...

Showing as delivered but not delivered to me. Order ID: 2185008...

Order cancel...by dealer..
But 700 rs not refund......

Maine snapmint se ek phone khareeda tha..jiska order no.2146667 h .. downpayment 700 rupay kardi thi...lekin dealer ne order cancel kar diya..lekin 20 din se jyada ho gaye lekin refund nahi kiya...plz refund my money......

My product not delivered to me and saying delivered please coperate because i will not pay emi
Money has been paid by me but product i doesn't get but says delivered...

Body material is very dust and Rust is an iron oxide in My Order Product Still Now No refund.But Product Return in before 4 days...

I contacted Amazon customer care to return it. But it was not in my address and I do not have my mobile number and email. You are ordering from someone else's Amazon...

They are fraud they don't have even partnership with Amazon first their customers service is worst I think but later realise whole app is fraud after I pay 300 downpayment they give me Amazon tracking link but it's not working on 4th sep they said me your product will be delivered today on the next morning 5:30am one message pop up that delivery related that my product deliver even I am not got my product then I called Amazon service they...

I paid all emi's and it is not showing any limits and i am unable to order...

I am Prodip Sarker and a customer of snapmint, have ordered HP 1115 Deskjet Printer but they are showing in seller confirmation i.e 'your product is out of stock ' . Is this joking to you ?? I have already paid Rs 412 as down Payment...What will be now happen?? And Customer Service is very bad call disconnected from their end. I must say I have ordered mixer grinder on november 2020 and it's delivered to me within 2 days and I was satisfied...

Dear sir I'm paying emi correctly in snapmint . Even I don't delay for emi any time I have payed early and correctly. They are deducted amount from my account without informing me and I asked to bank for why amount deducted they are saying I have loan in one bank . But I don't have any loan and I have checked that snapmint is Ecs mandate for delaying emi but I don't delay they are lying and this is ridiculous . Even any message or any order...

I ordered a samsung 22 inch led monitor from snapmint on 15th july 2021 @8499/- with three month emi. They debited my money 2958/- from my account and after sometime they messaged me that my order is cancelled and i will get my refund in 4-7 days but still i didn't get my money. Their customer care number is not working and they don't respond on messages. Kindly help me to get my refund back. I will be very thankful to u.

Maine snapmint ka total EMI payment pay kiya hai but snapmint k or se mujhe No Due Certificate nahi diya jaraha hai or call karne par response bhi nahi diya jata
Kuch din pahle call receive kar 7 days ka time liye or snapmint ki janib se kaha gaya tha ki email par aap ko aap ka clearance certificate miljayga but ek month hone ko hai abhi tak mujhe Clearance letter apne email par nahi mila call karne par response bhi nahi diya jata.br...

I ordered a mobile phone from snapmint.com and paid Rs. 850 downpayment but the order is uncompleted for account verification because my old mobile number is not available. Now i cleam refund 13708/2021 but there is no update and no one from the customer care responds back till date.
Verry bad customer service....
