      I ordered a product, which I have not received till date. When I wanted to know why the delivery is getting delayed so much. I chatted with Shrikant Belure online from Snapmant's mobile app. He told that your product has been received on 4th October. I was very surprised, I did not get my product, it has been received.
      I want to know who has received my order, I haven't received any phone call from delivery boy. Which courier company...

            I ordered a new oneplus ear buds but I received used and damaged ear buds I complained about the product to customer service of snapmint but they didn't respond or reply to me I call them and waited for 30 minutes in the phone from the product got delivered till now no refund SHREE TECH MOBILE this is shop who supply the product to snapmint.

                              Hello sir. I bought it from the Amazon app CHKOKKO men's polyester hooded Full zipper Reversible tracksuit. Amazon Order number[protected] in monthly installments through Snapiment app order I'd- 2182944. But the size of my jacket is too small. Not suitable for me. I contacted Amazon customer care to return it. But it was not in my address and I do not have my mobile number and email. You are ordering from someone else's Amazon account without ordering at my address and mobile num & email id and Amazon account . Thus I could not return that item to Amazon. Take action to recover that item. So they said it could not be returned. So you just have to take the appropriate action and do return my product .Give me a coupon in response to that item .

                                They are fraud they don't have even partnership with Amazon first their customers service is worst I think but later realise whole app is fraud after I pay 300 downpayment they give me Amazon tracking link but it's not working on 4th sep they said me your product will be delivered today on the next morning 5:30am one message pop up that delivery related that my product deliver even I am not got my product then I called Amazon service they said they have not contract with any snapmint app.

                                    I am Prodip Sarker and a customer of snapmint, have ordered HP 1115 Deskjet Printer but they are showing in seller confirmation i.e 'your product is out of stock ' . Is this joking to you ?? I have already paid Rs 412 as down Payment...What will be now happen?? And Customer Service is very bad call disconnected from their end. I must say I have ordered mixer grinder on november 2020 and it's delivered to me within 2 days and I was satisfied for their service but now in this situation I think Never Ever buy any product from Snapmint. I haven't attached a screenshot for your reference

                                      Dear sir I'm paying emi correctly in snapmint . Even I don't delay for emi any time I have payed early and correctly. They are deducted amount from my account without informing me and I asked to bank for why amount deducted they are saying I have loan in one bank . But I don't have any loan and I have checked that snapmint is Ecs mandate for delaying emi but I don't delay they are lying and this is ridiculous . Even any message or any order...
