    I want to cancel my order.I have placed a mobile lava A1 Josh on November 3 .But till now there no update from your side.When i chat to customer care they told me the price of the product is increased.So I don't want to pay additional amount.So please cancel my order and also emi .

      Hello my order id is 2347534 and I had payed the downpayment, the order on snapmint is showing cancelled but I received a message that order is delivered. I want the refund of my order. Snapmint is the biggest fraud, never trust this company.

            I have paid my emi thorugh gpay and it is not updated in the app and now 590 rs had debited from my account. I did get any refund which i had paid before please provide good service for the customers🙏🏻🙏🏻

                  I ordered infinix mobile with the worth of 9499/- on 19th October flip kart Vocher.
                  Till today order not released when I am calling to snap mint customer care center they simply says today price incresed 500/- so if you pay the amount then only order released. I canceled the order with snap mint. If I directly purchased in flip kart then I will save 500/- so snap mint watching when price increasing, I will never go with snap mint

                          I ordered a product, which I have not received till date. When I wanted to know why the delivery is getting delayed so much. I chatted with Shrikant Belure online from Snapmant's mobile app. He told that your product has been received on 4th October. I was very surprised, I did not get my product, it has been received.
                          I want to know who has received my order, I haven't received any phone call from delivery boy. Which courier company...
