I bought a watch a few days ago and after that I returned it. I had made a down payment of Rs.1799. Till now i have not received the down payment while titan company is afraid to return the money. And the customer care number given on the website of this company does not get calls.

Hello this is to inform that I have emailed snapmint and call their service center but I didn’t get any response. My money is debited feom my account and I still didn’t receive any details of my order. My order number is 2420540. And they are not telling me if I will get my order. If I won’t then I want my refund of rs 1198. This is not done if you do this to customers how will you grow your business.
