I ordered a samsung 22 inch led monitor from snapmint on 15th july 2021 @8499/- with three month emi. They debited my money 2958/- from my account and after sometime they messaged me that my order is cancelled and i will get my refund in 4-7 days but still i didn't get my money. Their customer care number is not working and they don't respond on messages. Kindly help me to get my refund back. I will be very thankful to u.

        Maine snapmint ka total EMI payment pay kiya hai but snapmint k or se mujhe No Due Certificate nahi diya jaraha hai or call karne par response bhi nahi diya jata
        Kuch din pahle call receive kar 7 days ka time liye or snapmint ki janib se kaha gaya tha ki email par aap ko aap ka clearance certificate miljayga but ek month hone ko hai abhi tak mujhe Clearance letter apne email par nahi mila call karne par response bhi nahi diya jata.
        NDC nahi dene ki wajah se Cibil Score me show karraha hai.

              I ordered a mobile phone from snapmint.com and paid Rs. 850 downpayment but the order is uncompleted for account verification because my old mobile number is not available. Now i cleam refund 13708/2021 but there is no update and no one from the customer care responds back till date.

                          Cancelled my order..Didn't get refund

                          I Ordered A titan watch through snapmint. Then I noticed the price is higher than original titan website. So I decided to cancel. When I contacted customer service, the adviced me to not to accept the product while delivery.. I do so..So the item is cancelled.. I paid the down payment also..so I want refund and cancel e mandate. Otherwise I will complain to consumer court....

                          I order mi 32 inch tv on emi bases. Emi for 9 months.
                          Down-payment is 3200.
                          I paid down payment through Google pay to snapmint.

                          The down payment was 3200 is deducted from my account but my order in not confirmed.

                          I am trying to call them but iam getting same answer my order is incomplete
