My emi was due on 3rd of june and in my account there is not sufficient balanfce to pay emi and next 4th june my salary credited in account and 295 charges deducted and i paid my overdue emi on 27th of june now some extra charges are deducting from account ecs/ach return charge if i allready paid then why deducting amount...

The refund of Rs.4151 is done to your UPI Id via UTR[protected]. You should have already received the same.

I ordered a Samsung galaxy tab A8.0 from snapmint based on emi. The down payment is ₹1270 I paid. One day after order the product snapmint site shows it’s out of stock. I contact them but not responding. I contacted through email also. Didn’t get any response from their site. I need the refund asap....

I bought this Ubon SP-70 Cool Bass Portable Speaker from this snapmint.com website and then I saw that this product is out of stock but I paid in advance and later I saw that this product is out of stock but something from the company. No reply coming that it will deliver or this product refund money will refund me nothing is not replying I am calling mail but no reply they are not saying they will not deliver this product I am waiting for about 3 to 4 days but no reply Can't you please take a look at it.

And Fast Emi Detected My Account got a call saying that they couldn’t dispatch since there are no available products and they have canceled my ordered. I have been trying to contact them since. But the main reason why i want to complaint is that even though they canceled my order the snapmint team still charge me the emi amount which they are going to deduct monthly. I am okay if they didnt refund my downpayment... But still charging me for not receiving my item is so wrong, they do call me when they are going to cancel the order. And when i checked the order it says that the order have been canceled. This is a fraud company. Not refunding the downpayment, not receiving the product and still the emi is going on
