Hi,

I purchases a phone samsung m31s on 05/09/2020 and paid a down payment of rs. 2150. However, it has been 3 days, i have been trying to reach them, but their customer care number is impossible to reach.

Also, they are not contacting their customers. My personal details are mismatching, also i am trying to cancel the order to get the refund.
But, it's really a mental harassment to deal with snapmint.

Now, i have been trying to reach all the way possible, but they are not in contact. Please help me with canceling the order and get my refund.

          after i paid my emi they produced ecs mandate

          Dear sir this worst company i have seen. I paid my jun emi before due date through online payment link. But this fellows again ecs applied on same date. It was returned and bank fined 500/-this month iam not paid emi due ro carona busines, this # provided ecs 4times. Bank charged my present balance 1000/- and if i deposit money that will be debited reason of this # many time ecs deposit. If once bounced my ecs they should fine or should follow....

          I have always paid my dues on time and on the month of May they deducted around 6k which actually should be only 1k. When I complaint and talk with the so called agent whose name is AMAN who doesn’t even want to help me, He shouted back on me and even told me that the charges were legal. Well, my point here is who deducts amount from the account and instead of clarifying why shout back ?? How can it be legal ?

                  Snapmint had deducted my last installment against my goddess AC twice in the month Nov19 but till now they had not processed by refund. I tried raised request several time on their CV number [protected] also coordinated with their Guwahati representative Mr. Mashed on [protected] and with Kolkata beach person Mr. Main and on [protected] but since Nov'19 they are giving false commitment and running away, last week some Miss Nikita from CC had assured me that I will get my refund of R's. 3979 within 5 working days also shared one Whatsapp number [protected] but again false commitment, even their CV number is very hard to connect, plz help to get my money back.

                      I had ordered a mobile on 30th jan 2020 and paid down payment of 5500/- but there is no further response from your side. Its been 4 days and still snapmint is not proceeding the order. Not responding the calls though.. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. If it will not boosted then i would have to file a complaint against snapmint.

                        I had placed a order on 24-11-19 on vijay sales and opt for emi from your portal and now its been 4 days your portal and app says order is ready and dispatched by vijaysales till 27-11-19 and now i m checking again its says sorry could not approve your limit please try again after 3 months.

                        I would like to know where is my order and and i have paid down payment of rs1520/- how now i m not approved. Althoug i m not able to contact you when i call you your ivr says press 11 when i did its get disconnected.

                        If its a fraud activity please look into the matter so i can take this case ahead in court.

After paying the downpayment i got a call saying that they couldn’t dispatch since there are no available products and they have canceled my ordered. I have been trying to contact them since. But the main reason why i want to complaint is that even though they canceled my order the snapmint team still charge me the emi amount which they are going to deduct monthly....

                              I have ordered a Realme 5 phone of crystal blue colour and I have done down payment.As mentioned in the snapping website they take 48 hrs but it almost 3 days and they are not processing my application.This is a fraud company.First time they choose Amazon for the product and later they changed it to Flipkart.
                              My product amount is 11989 but for 64 gb 4 gb ram but in flipkart it is 10999 I think they are cheating on consumers.

                                मैंने स्नैपचैट में एक readmi 6 pro 1 फोन के लिए ऑर्डर दिया था और उन्होंने डाउन पेमेंट के रूप में 99 की अग्रिम राशि का भुगतान करने को कहा है। पैसे वसूलने के बाद से उन्हें कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। मैंने उन्हें 09/9/19 को भुगतान किया। कोई उत्तर नहीं अब तक। क्या मुझे पैसा मिलेगा या उत्पाद एक संदेह है कि ग्राहक सेवा संख्या में कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं है।
