I order for titan pay and also pay the down-payment of Rs 360 then after 4 days there is no response from snapmint, then I canceled it about 6 or 7 days ogo...
But still my payment didn't credited in my account ...??? Why

I complained your Customer Care on same day and they also obtained details of damage product i.e Philips Viva HL7715 700 Watt Juicer Mixer Grinder on your Customer Care officer Whatsapp No+[protected] and I sent all the details. On Nov 30, one text message received from snapmnt at 0530hrs that my product delievered but
neither items nor any reply received from snapmint regarding my condition of purchase. Besides above, no representitive reached at my doorstep to return back said damage product till now. I also again consulted to snapmint Customer Care on 4/12/2020 and given all details again. You are requested to take action as early as possible. Images in this regard again uploaded as reference.

I hope you will solve my problem as early as possible.

I have paid all the emi to snapmint but i am still getting calls and msgs from au bank for outstanding amount. I didn't received any noc from snapmint and customer service representatives couldn't solve this since last month. I never went to au bank to apply for any loan but i am getting calls and msgs from them to pay the outstanding amount.

My emi's are debited at correct dates only again why you guys are debiting money from my account due to mandate failed of rs 295 on the date of 8th sep, 14th sep, 15th sep.. And i have cleared all my loans please cancel that emi debit process from my bank, and that too you have debited 3 times in this month, i need justice pfa for my bank statement

I purchases a phone samsung m31s on 05/09/2020 and paid a down payment of rs. 2150. However, it has been 3 days, i have been trying to reach them, but their customer care number is impossible to reach.

Also, they are not contacting their customers. My personal details are mismatching, also i am trying to cancel the order to get the refund.
But, it's really a mental harassment to deal with snapmint.

Now, i have been trying to reach all the way possible, but they are not in contact. Please help me with canceling the order and get my refund.

I have purchased tower speaker philips they have taken money from the account but there is no record of purchase in apps

I have ordered samsung m21 mobile phone. And paid down payment of rs. 1449/-. Order not yet get confirmed. Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

I ordered a note 9 pro long time back from snapmint.com but they are not delivering the product and their customer service number are also not reachable. Plz do something.

I have always paid my dues on time and on the month of May they deducted around 6k which actually should be only 1k. When I complaint and talk with the so called agent whose name is AMAN who doesn’t even want to help me, He shouted back on me and even told me that the charges were legal. Well, my point here is who deducts amount from the account and instead of clarifying why shout back ?? How can it be legal ?
