I ordered some pc components through snapmint and paid rs.2264. But it got cancelled and after some time i got a message,

"we have received a refund for your paymentid:[protected] done on snapmint credit advisory private limited.
Refund to your bank account typically takes 3-5 business days.

It's been 10 days since i got this message.

Please help me to get my refund back.

    haven't received refund it has been a week.

    "hi yaz33n,

    We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your application due to our internal credit policies.

    Kindly apply after three months or use alternate payment options to purchase your product.

    Your refund has been initiated..."

    I tried to purchase a graphic card from md computer using snapmint emi option for 9 months, after a payed down-payment, they asked for aadhar card documents. After a couple of hours i got an email from payumoney that

    We have received a refund for your paymentid: xxxxx done on simplify credit advisory private limited.

    I also emailed them but no response, how can i get my refund for this fraud company please help

        I have ordered for samsung mobile my downpayment was debited from my account but their is no response from snapmint when i say i want refund because when i open my orders it is showing that your order verification pending.. Snapmint atleast now you respond and refund me because i want urgent refund... Please snapmint atleast now you respond... I am in emergency need of that money... I want urgent refund

          Hi, i have ordered a graphics card on the 1/3/2019, i got a call from snapmint saying that my order has been approved and my amazon tracking id will be sent on my email.

          However, it's been more than 24 hours and i haven't received any mail from them and also unable to reach them online as well as there telephone number (Always busy and disconnects)

          After reading a few complaints here i am concerned regarding my order here (Wondering if i made a mistake trusting them, as there is no customer support)

          Need a resolution asap, whether my order will be fulfilled or not, if yes send me a confirmation at least.

          Update: now it says my order is delivered on there website, this is so frustrating!
          I never received any mail or message regarding order delivery!

            Purchsed a graphic card from amazon 08/02/2019 rs 7000 no response from snapmint i pay 1400 downpayment but product not delivered. I called customer care but every time engaged. I send mail many times but never replying. No refund my money. Fraud company😡😡. Only one mail i received from snapmint your order is processed from amazon and one call that is processing confirmation thats it

              Snapmint is fraud. They will charge you for down payment of an item, ask you to complete the mandate ech and then inform that they can't process the request. They have debited 40k out of my account in the name of down payment however cancelled my application and then suggested that i need to wait for 5-7 business days to get my money back.in the first place, if you don't want to approve the loan, why do you charge the account.in order to get the same money back, you have to wait. They have ridiculous service.

                Snapmint approved my order on 08.07.2018 and i payed my down payment and sent a signed nach document and Aadhar Card copy, Pan card copy with selfie photo to them.. Next day on 09.07.2018 i got a mail saying my down payment will be refunded(How many days it will take, i have no idea) but what about the signed ecs mandate.. What if they deduct money from my account without even approving my application.

                How do i get my ecs mandate cancelled.. I don't care about the approval now it's just defrauding people...

                  Snapmint is a great platform for easy EMI options. I bought my mobile phone from Amazon through Snapmint and was extremely satisfied with the service.

                    I ordered a camera in amazon via snapmint. I have canceled the order and got the downpayment refund. But, visu leasing pvt ltd has created a debit mandate against my bank account even after canceling the order. This is atrocious. Their contact center wants us to send an email instead of calling them. I will have to wait for their reply on the email. I will definitely sue this company if the money gets debited from my account.
                    I have made a transaction of downpayment and completed all the formalities but i have not received any confirmation weather the product has been placed or not . trying to contact snapmint customer care number and also sent an email but no response from that side. feeling cheated by them

                      I have applied for a emi-based loan on 31/05/2018 for a mobile phone that was worth 40000 rupees and i have completed a down payment of 12299 for the same. Today when i went to snapmint website for completing the procedure, they are claiming that there is no such application for emi. I have tried to contact customer care number for snapmint as well as emailed them regarding the same. Unfortuantely, there is no response from them. This needs to be taken seriously and action has to be taken as soon as possible.

                      Desirable resolution : full refund and closure of fraudulent financial website snapmint.

                      I finally got through customer care today on their phone and they said it will be refunded in 5-7 business days.
                      i applied for flipkart gift voucher INR 6199 but didnt get any voucher via mail.they completed all ecs procedure.im very scared now if they will debit emi im every month.plz help me.

                        I have paid down payment of 8850/- and tried to call the snapmint customer care within the timing hours and now even i have submitted all my documents it shows the order is not completed and i am really worried about my credit rating and the money, there is no way of cancelling the order also.                           This is one of the irritating and careless emi site. I took refrigerator by using snapmint emi and it affected on my cibil score even my installment has been deducted on time. When you check your cibil it shows "personal loan" instead of "consumer durable loan" and shows as "overdue" even it is deducted through ecs. And if you try to contact them, them somehow do something to their contact number and you wont be able to contact them unless thiey call. I would suggest to all please do not take any consumer durable via snapmint.

                          Still no reply from snapmint. They promised that they will solve this issue at earliest.

                          I have reapplied to personal loan and again it is rejected as it is still showing as personal loan instead of consumer durable loan and amount is overdue. They have changes their landline contact numbers and if i try to contact on the same it says all customer care executives are busy. How can my single call are not being attended in entire day.

                            Its fact... This is actually a fraud company... I don't understand how come kotak & dbs approve them to use their logo... No numbers are contactable... Till the time you don't make the initial payment they are very much call u and tell u about the process, once you make them a payment and sign the nach, there will no contact point, their phones are not reachable... So my experience is bad and i don't suggest anyone to buy product from this company.

                              On 13th january 2017, at 4pm i made the downpayment of rs 12699 for pixel 2 smartphone, after submitting all the documents and downpayment, nothing is been done. I don't know what to do now. I tried snapmint number around 60-70 times and no response. Now i am clueless about my rs12699. Moreover i have sent 3-4 emails to them and no response.
