    My money got deducted automatically rs 295 as ach/return don't know how and why please help me i asked for help in the app but no reply I always pay my emi on time then why these charges are cutting on me help

          Account deactivation/closure request

          I have been stopped using snapmint for more than 1 year and cleared all my EMIs. Still it is reflecting on my cibil score. I'm unable to apply for any other loans. So I want to deactivate my snapmint account....

            Sir, i have placed an order in snapimint on 18/6/2023 on emi basis in orden no 9727138. I have made the downpayment for around 1000rs. But my order has not yet reached. I try to contact them. But no use. Pls refund my money back or deliver the product asap

                      My order id 8874143 . I had to pay emi on 3rd June and i had submitted the amount in Bank after 1pm but still amount was not deducted from my account and also pay option was not available on the app so that i can pay the amount because of which they have deducted ecs charges and that too the charge is too much. Please look towards the problem

                          On[protected] rupess 2, 950 got deducted from account without my consent. As i checked i got to see that its ECS return charges .. on june 3rd june my emi was overdue and repayed it withing 8 days . the amount of 6000 rupees . But ECS return charges 2, 950 seriously ... is this a joke ...i need initiate refund i cannot pay such big amount as a charges.

                              Loan Cleared but No NOC Shared

                              I want to report an issue where I purchased a refrigerator on Snapmint with order ID 1596039 and completed all of its EMI in March 2022.

                              I have requested for NOC many times, but to no avail. The worst part is they have InCred as their Finance partner and they will not update the CIBIL until Snapmint share the NOC with us.

                              I would like to point out that InCred and Snapmint have both been sent...

                                9363916 order I'd emi was paid ...i have records of payment and it does not make sense coz I had already paid the emi that is was I was able to purchase the cooler ..otherwise I would not have sufficient credit.
