I had to pay emi on 3rd June and i had submitted the amount in Bank after 1pm but still amount was not deducted from my account and also pay option was not available on the app so that i can pay the amount because of which they have deducted ecs charges and that too the charge is too much. Please look towards the problem

                                  On[protected] rupess 2, 950 got deducted from account without my consent. As i checked i got to see that its ECS return charges .. on june 3rd june my emi was overdue and repayed it withing 8 days . the amount of 6000 rupees . But ECS return charges 2, 950 seriously ... is this a joke ...i need initiate refund i cannot pay such big amount as a charges.
