    Address: Unit No. 205, Building No. 3,Sector 3, Millenium Business Park, MIDC,Mahape Navi Mumbai Mumbai City MH IN 400710.

    On[protected] rupess 2, 950 got deducted from account without my consent. As i checked i got to see that its ECS return charges .. on june 3rd june my emi was overdue and repayed it withing 8 days . the amount of 6000 rupees . But ECS return charges 2, 950 seriously ... is this a joke ...i need initiate refund i cannot pay such big amount as a charges.

        Loan Cleared but No NOC Shared

        Hi,

        I want to report an issue where I purchased a refrigerator on Snapmint with order ID 1596039 and completed all of its EMI in March 2022.

        I have requested for NOC many times, but to no avail. The worst part is they have InCred as their Finance partner and they will not update the CIBIL until Snapmint share the NOC with us.

        I would like to point out that InCred and Snapmint have both been sent...

          9363916 order I'd emi was paid ...i have records of payment and it does not make sense coz I had already paid the emi that is was I was able to purchase the cooler ..otherwise I would not have sufficient credit.

                      I ordered a product that I haven't got any information that when it will be delivered and no info about the tracing I'd my credit limit has been detected from the account all the docs and every verification has been done but yet no info related to my order has been shared with me. I ordered a 8000Rs product from Snapmint feature store myntra. I have order I'd that is 9442221 and myntra order I'd [protected] but no update about the products and trackings. I tried contacting chat support, help line number but no response from the snapmint team.

                            Hello sir,
                            Request you to ask Snapmint to close my loan account loan as all of my loan EMIs are fully paid. Although all my EMIs are paid but CIBIL report is showing snapmint account as active. Kindly request to close my snapmint loan account and update my cibil score as I am buying a house with house loan and require better CIBIL score.

                                Main somendra jha Bihar se. Maine snapmint se ek order diya tha EMI pr, sara process complete ho gaya, down payment bhi bank se 8489.00 debit ho gaya. But order fail ho gaya. Company ke diye gaye toll free no pr call call nahi lagta hai. Aapka koyee sakriy order hai kah kr fone disconnect ho jata hai. Means mere saath totly fraud hua hai. Mera payment kaise mujhe refund milega.

                                  I have confirmed with the bank that I have made the payment and it has been transferred to your bank account. I also re checked and found out that I cleared all the emi payments in full before placing the last order . Other wise I did not have the limit to order any stuff. I have made the down payment for the cooler of 1122 rupees and previous to that I cleared all my pending payments by paying 2164 rupees . Either process the order or refund my money and cancel the order. I don't want any service from Snapmint scam company.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I had ordered an AC with order ID 9336793 from Snapmint on[protected], and when I checked the order status now it is showing out of stock. So when I tried to contact them I didn't get any helpful reply from them. Their customer service is so pathetic. Kindly help me to get my refund.

                                      I was ordered 3500 rupees Amazon voucher on 04 june 23 in snapmint But still my voucher not received ...long time verification process pls i don't have this voucher because my Amazon order price changed now...iam very angry with you...why you shouldn't send on time my voucher ... Now on Amazon that product price 4000... I don't have this voucher pls cancel my order... next time i didn't order snapmint app

                                      Allmost 4 days over still my voucher not received and worst customer care support service...
