I order a OnePlus Nord buds 2 and pay the downpayment now the process got stuck on the seller confirmation past few days

I am ordered a watch on snapmint. 12733717 order id. They are not giving order updates. They telling avail voucher at registered email address. But in my account registered emial is fake. And its the name of company. I want my order . If they are not willing to give i want my downpayment back. Anf cancel my enach.

Do not know even one thing about flipkart gift voucher but i purchased worth @8500 and i have received Voucher through mail as availvoucher. But i did not clicked on availvoucher.Actually i won't the gift voucher. Then what happens if i am not availed the voucher?

I want to return the product.

I had ordered a monitor and a SSD worth approx 4k rupees from flipkart assisted by snapmint but order was not confirmed even after I payed downpayment of 597 Rs
Now they are threatening to pay next upcoming emi
Kindly help me sir
I want to cancel my order and get refund my downpayment

I order something and cancel it after 2 days and after 15 days I am not able to get my refund please I want my money back

I took one plus buds z2 in snapmint dated on[protected] . I have paid the intial amount of Rs- 720/- I got delivery of the product 3 days later and i have opened the product one bud is not working in the earphones I thought its manufacturing fault I went to customer care immediately and I went to check the product there they have observed the product and declared its a fake product I tried to contact your snampmint customer care immediately and no one responded and I have tried multiple times still I didn’t get any customer service from your side I have not paid from the second instalment as the product is defect and fake now. Because of this my CIBIL score got affected . I want you to clear my EMI amount as I am not obliged to pay the amount for this product and I want refund of my amount and damages for this otherwise we will see in the consumer court

I have been using snapmint for past few times but now i dont feel like using it and i dont have any pending loans to pay so kindly delete my account permanently as it is affecting my cibil score

These are my two order numbers i didn't get the invoice and I've been following up for the last 2 months and still haven't received any help from the vendor

My product is not working so i visited to the service center but they want invoice Number

I have repaid my loan 2.5 months ago but still the company is not giving me NOC. I have been continuously talking to customer care since 2 months.

I had ordered a product whose product ID number is 11762064. Which I have not received till date. When I wanted to know why there was so much delay in delivery. I spoke to the customer executive through Snapmant's mobile app and he told that your product was received on 4th October. I was very surprised, I did not receive my product, I have received it.
I want to know who received my order, I have not received any call from the delivery boy. Which courier company did you send through? I need the name and phone number of that courier company
Your customer care number is completely fraud. I called customer care number [protected] 25-30 times but no one answered. There is no email address on your site.
I would like to know who has received my order. I will not pay any EMI if I do not receive my product. I also want my payment back.
Finally I want to say one thing that I will take legal action against you people.

SNAPMINT ORDER ID 12267847 PLACED WITH Downpayment INR 2175on 15th oct 2023 during big billion sale of flip kart and is still in verification stage since than no update from snapmint site, also too many complaints has been raised from my side on their app but no call back or return of downpayment amount initiated from snapmint, product got out of stock. so why they are holding my downpayment money with them, in return section they are giving error message return not eligible.

I have ordered a product from Amazon via snap mint order number 12115003 but at the time of delivery the delivery boy asked for payment then i returned that but i don't got my refund of down payment as it has been more than 60 hours Moreover you have not removed the EMI for that perticular product on my account.Kindly resolve the issue

My Snapmint loan account should be closed as all of my EMIs have been paid. Despite the fact that I have paid off all of my EMIs, my SnapMint account is still active in Cibil. Therefore, sir, please close my Snapmint loan account and update my Cibil rating.

I order product on Flipkart through snapmint order id 11888838 the order get cancelled but I didn't received the refund . I contacted Flipkart they said the refund is successful to [protected]@snapmint.com through gift voucher. The snapmint is not providing the refund .
