Sub: no refund on cancellation of admission charges (When kids didn’t start the school at all)
This is anil kumar (A service man), was planning to shift job location from mumbai to pune. Hence under that consideration last month i took admission at snbp, rahatani, pune (Cbse) for both my kids into 2nd and 6th std. However under some medical issue with my family we decided to not to shift at pune but to continue here at mumbai itself. Hence, we went back to school and asked for cancellation of admission and requested for possible refund of 2 kids under humanity ground. Since we requested around a week before school start (Where my kids didn’t even start with a single day) were hoping to get some % of refund. But the school refuse to return any of admission fees under any circumstance.
School didn’t consider it under any circumstance with no rule of admission/cancellation refund etc.
School is complete looting when (2 students) even didn’t started but we land up with loss of complete admission charges of rs. 50, 000/- (Fifty thousand). I am very upset with my hard earning money is getting blocked with no way to get some % of refund.
Management is not ready to take up any request and not ready to listen on this request.
