Sneakerscop — I ordered a shoe and made the payment

I got the website link from an instagram account named "sneakerscop.co.in" which is active till date. I ordered one pair of shoes. And made the payment. But didn't get the order confirmation. Now i can't track my order. No response for e mail. The number given on the site is invalid. And don't know if their address is valid or not. I registered complaint in nationalcybercrime portal. But nothing happened.

Updated by Ramees2785 All o[censored]s are cheted by this company. And till now their instagram account is active. I filed a grievance in national cyber portal. But nothing happend. Now all we have is that instagram account. Can anyone do anything with that?. We need our money back. And punish that fraud. We need help of someone with good technical knowledge. We need to catch him with his instagram account
