How do we file an online police complaint?
Snepstore needs to be investigated for fraud. Order #862106 dated 19/10/2017 for 2 jbl bluetooth speakers was placed & payment of 7537/- made. Received 1 off the 2 products. Gross weight of packed product was 500g. The original jbl is 600g.
Sent me an absolute fake.
I immediately called the company, sent mail & ordered for a return with refund & instructed them not to send the 2nd one.
They took back the speaker via recall courier. The fun part is they have blocked my calls, reported my comment as spam, refuse to answer any calls and no refund made to date.
I term them as cheats.
They did answer a call from a different number, the girl gives me another number to call to. They are cheats. Customers must accept the fake products or forget about a refund.
Police case with 420 & other relevant charges must be forced upon.
