I placed an order for a 5XL printed shirt, but instead, I received a plain white shirt in a Medium size completely different from what I had ordered. While I understand that errors can happen, what followed was nothing short of a nightmare.
There was no accessible customer service number on the website. After much effort, I found a WhatsApp contact that only responded with automated messages. It took repeated follow-ups just to get a call back. When I finally spoke with someone a supposed supervisor I was informed that a return would be arranged. However, instead of offering a refund for their mistake, I was told I would receive a credit voucher. Why should I be forced to shop again with a company I no longer trust?
I was then sent a pickup tracking link, and I waited several days, only to discover later that the pickup had been silently cancelled no message, no call, no explanation. Since then, there has been complete silence. My emails have gone unanswered, and there is no way to reach anyone from the company.
It has now been nearly two weeks of chasing a resolution for a problem I did not create. The entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional.
I will never order from this website again and strongly advise others to stay away. If this is how they handle a basic order error, I can only imagine what dealing with them long-term would be like. Avoid at all costs. Was this information helpful? |
