Snow Travels Club — refund due against booking of my proposed bangalore-mysore-ooty bus package tour for 15/4/19 to 19/4/19 for a single person, I.e.myself

I communicated with SNOW TRAVEL CLUB representative Mr. Vinay kumar (Mobile No. [protected] and Whats App No. [protected] and following e-mails)

who promised me a very lucrative above subject bus package tour as per Whats App and e-mail communications I had with him. I have paid total Rs.17100/- as follows, for the same,

(i) Rs.7250 by PayTM (My relative's PayTM account Ref No.xxxxxx) PayTM wallet linked No. xxxxxx on 30th March 2019
(ii) Rs.7250/- by IMPS (Ref No. xxxxxxxx) on 31st March 2019
(iii)Also on 2/4/2019, I was asked to pay additional GST of Rs 2600/-, which I paid through IMPS (Ref. No. xxxxxxx).

Thus I paid total amount of Rs. 17100/- against my proposed tour. However, I was not given any voucher No. and I was told that the same would be given on completion of the tour.

I was informed that the booking was in process and in addition to wonderful and lucrative travel package and stay, I was also promised and assured followings.

(i) Pick up on 15/4/2019 morning from my Bangalore relative's residence at given address
(ii) Drop on19/4/2019 evening at Bangalore Airport.

After all the payments, on consistence lot of telephonic communications/arguments and follow up with Mr. Vinaykumar, I got confirmation regarding the booking at OYO hotels at Mysore (2 nights) and Ooty (2 nights). The OYO booking too, I could have easily done by myself.

However, on the fine morning of 12th April, (on my enquiry only) I was informed by Mr. Vinaykumar that the proposed bus tour has been cancelled and SNOW TRAVELS will arrange a personal car tour, for which he demanded additional amount of Rs. 13000/-, which I straightway refused. though I had paid all the requisite amount in advance for the said tour, these unexpected, unprofessional, unethical attitudes from SNOW TRAVELS CLUB really shocked me. I asked for cancellation of the tour and requested for refunding the entire amount I paid, which was refused. With a lot of telephonic arguments with Mr. Vinaykumar, he told that hotel cancellation could not be done and suggested to avail the hotel services and informed that only Rs. 6000/- would be refunded to me, which was really unjustified. Ultimately through my email dtd.12/4/19, somehow I agreed to avail the booked hotel services and somehow manage my own travel. I also requested that the due refund should be deposited in my bank account at the earliest.

However, So for refund has not been deposited in my above account.

Infact total OYO Hotel booking charges for both places were only about Rs. 7000/- only, which I myself too could have easily done it. Thus the due refund amount is Rs.10100/- (and not Rs. 6000/-). It was really a very mentally tortured, painful and also expensive experience as I had a lot of difficulties in managing my own travels in last moments to the booked destinations.

In view of all the above, it is requested that my due refund shall be get deposited in the said account at the earliest.
