I was working with an IT organization from last 27 days. When I joined, them I was provided with a proper appointment letter on the mail as well as a hard copy signed by the higher authorities, after couple of days they informed that salary will be delayed for 10 days, that was quite surprising, but none o[censored]s reported this to anyone, at last they fired us without clearing our dues, and by providing a non-sensible reason that company is undergoing a financial crisis. Probably what I think is this has been a tradition in the company by the CEO to hire people let them work for 20-25 days and then remove them without paying their salaries. I do not want to keep quite on this matter like others because these kinds of organization are continuously spoiling the career of many freshers by giving them lucrative offers in the beginning and then spoiling precious time. What should I do now, I am very hopeless now?

First of all i would like to ask you, if you are a genuine complainer, please provide us your name and your contact number alternatively you can meet our HR Team, and let them know your dues if any and that will be sorted out . We have always cleared all the dues of any employee who has left the organisation, still if there is any misunderstanding, that can be sorted out, and we will also give you a valid reason why you were asked to leave the organization, because if you are under the impression that company financial is the reason then you are wrong here . By the way, please let us know your name and phone number and meet our HR team to clear your doubts .

You people are actually fraud people you make fake commitments with the candidate and just play with the candidates. i have all the details hr name is anubhav pipal, arushi and shivali you people just go ahead and wasted my time my money . i would not recommend any candidates to join this company You people are fraud . may be you are running a fraud process as well .

First of all let us mention that every company has its own recruitment process. If there are other candidate waiting for the interview we can not take your interview first, we believe in first come first serve . We usually do not consider candidate with gap in their professional experience however in your case your gap was more than 1 Year, still we considered your candidature. Also you were told at the time of interview that your selection will on the basis of your references for your team, as you told us that you have candidates. As per the commitment you had to refer 5 candidates by 10th August, 2017 for your own team, and you could not do that. We are attaching letter of intent sent to you on your email where it was clearly mentioned about the conditions for your joining. We still did not cancel your joining we offered you job as an agent with a condition to give you team leader profile after three months depending on your performance.

Also you are saying that SNVS has fraud process however when you came for the interview you did not know anything about SNVA and you are talking about our processes.

You also called our HR team and abused our executives, here we can not mention what exactly you said because it was too vulgar, but you know it very well, and then you expect us to consider you.

Its alright to accept rejection sometimes, because with this attitude where you abuse a company over internet or its female employees over phone you will face challenge in your job hunt.

Please find copy of your resume and the letter of intent sent to you. Even though you have mentioned our employees name here and abused them aswell, still we are not revealing your personal information, because we understand the information security of a woman.

FOR ALL CANDIDATES .CANDIDATE PLEASE CHECK THE STANDARD OF A COMPANY HOW THEY PLAY WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OF A WOMEN CANDIDATE. HOW HIPPOCRATES THEY ARE .ALL HAVE AN EXAMPLE PLEASE CHECK THIS BEFORE APPLYING TO THIS COMPANY
First of all let me tell you if you ask your hr team arushi whether i provided the candidate or not in your company you people have miss communication rather i would say communication gap i am attaching all the list of candidates i have provided to your company hr team before 10th of august 2017 and if you have such criteria that you don't hire candidate who have gap of 1yr it should be mentioned very first when you call me for interview secondly you shouldn't call me for the interview and wasting my time my money .Please talk logical at least you people are hr team of a so called company SNVA that it is not possible that every candidate are from same place secondly you people are making joke of your self that i will be working as a agent first 3 months and then you will consider me as team leader later on.then why would i apply for team leader rather i would apply for an agent . STOP MAKING FOOLS OF CANDIDATE.
If you people have so much courtesy and respect for women then how come one of your director "Pabneet " said we generally don't consider women as team leader.and cause we hire boys for tech sales will you able to handle a team or not but still we are considering you .he is not only questioning the credibility of mine also he is questioning every women .may be he forget one of our president is a women "Smt. Prathiba Patil" . height of Hippocracy.
who gave the rights to share my personnel details on internet in that my father name my birth date most of the important information is mentioned and my email address to.if you people have understand that how much important is women security then you would rather read the complete resume the personal information which you have attached in that its completely visible over in internet this gives a alert to not only me for all the candidates who share the resume with your company specially a women .thanks for sharing the standard of a company who can releases the resume of a women candidate over in public portal.
I will face challenge or not in Oder to find the job or not that's my look out better mind your business no need your suggestion. And if you people think attaching my resume over net stop me to get job then you people are mistaken.

Kindly be informed, whoever you referred never turned up for the interview. Also we guess you did not go through the above comment properly because it was self explainatory, If we had to reveal your identity we would not have faded your contact number too. The reason your resume has been shared here so that everyone should be aware about real facts about your case. Let us mention clearly the majority of employees in SNVA are females only and yes we also understand your frustration for not having job but that does not mean you take out your frustration on internet we still wish you all the best for your job hunt.

We have interviewed almost 50, 000 candidates in past 8 years and out of which 1500 got selected and currently more than 1000 people are working under SNVA Ventures. All those who got rejected or did not join i.e 48, 500 candidates never complained about SNVA but you have, that makes very obvious our interview process is the way it should be.

Like you are revealing our employees names on internet specially female employees, we will have to expose you completely. A company would never want anyone to abuse its employees on internet or by any means. We were still courteous not to mention your details. You still have option to delete these false reviews because every company has internal links with other companies and we will not have any other option but to blacklist you. Like this if you get rejected anywhere you will start abusing about the company on internet, that's not the kind of employees other company's are expecting to hire.

At the end company knows its reputation which it has earned not in months but in a decade, even on internet people are smart enough to understand the facts.
