Sir i join so service company for part time work, i agree i am not complete work on time. Then company say we file case against you i say please don't do this but they do, afterwards i pay approx. 1lakh + amount in different different account and different lawyer everytime.
Now they file fir against me but i have mena kiska mar nhi hai bus ek work time per nhi kiye isliye. I pay max. Amount jo mera pass nhi tha abhi bhi or har bar koi new reason hota lawyer ka pass aap per ya section lega hai ab ya legya aapna phone nhi pick kiye har bar court bhi change hota hai. Abhi aapko ek screenshot diye hai ya word hai lawyer ka wait and watch aapka case sa regards kya karta hu dekho
Openly dar rha hai.
Mena ek advocate sa bat ki unhone kaha tha ki esa nhi hota ki court ka account number har bar change ho.
Sir please help me and i agree my fault uska regards jo amount hai wo lo extra q le rhi hai company
