I sold my car reg no. WB060556 to OLX Auto on 24.11.22 and OLX Autos covered my sold car under Vehicle Owner Protection Policy under which OLX promised to pay all traffic challans, court cases etc upto the value of 15 lakhs after selling the car till name transfer is made. The car was sold on 24.11.22 and traffic challan was generated by Kolkata police on 10.12.22 of Rs 500/- as no parking case against the sold car. Under the policy, OLX autos is liable to pay the said the traffic challan as name transfer has not been done by OLX till date. But inspite of repeated requests, OLX Autos is not responding.Traffic challan has not been paid till date by OLX Auto. Complaint ticket ID 283334.
