Hi we booked unit 37017 by paying 1 lakh as token on 20 Nov 2020 evening, the cost told was around 77.39 lakhs after discount. After going through their brochure and google map we discovered that there is High Tension line going near to the project and Their is municipality sewage treatment plant nearby. we notified the same that we have concerns regarding magnetic field emitted from these wires as it may cause illness in children if it is nearby ( not sure but as we researched on internet) and there is a municipality sewage plant that can cause gastrointestinal diseases.
so we we were mentally dissatisfied with the booking and decided to cancel it on 22 Nov morning (less than 48 hours). We have been notified that it is not possible to get the refund now.
