Dear Sobha Sales Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention a few concerns I have noticed regarding the amenities and ongoing construction at the property.

Firstly, it has come to my attention that the promised amenities are not yet ready, and there is no grocery store available to cater to essential needs, including groceries and medical requirements. This lack of essential services is impacting the quality of life for residents, especially senior citizens.

Furthermore, I would like to address the issue o[censored]nfulfilled commitments made during the booking process. Sales Manager Ganesh committed to a 1, 33, 000 channel partner discount and a 50, 000 INR furniture coupon. However, to date, these commitments have not been delivered.

I am genuinely disappointed by the apparent gap between the commitments made during the sales process and the current deliverables. I have been reaching out consistently through email without receiving any updates or resolutions.
