Sobinfotech — Pending salary - 2014 - aug -sep for all me and all employees

Sobinfotech is a web development company, managing director of the company is mrs.Ahila gowri. I joined in company as all others by giving a fees of rs.15000 year 2011 at andavar street, madipakkam. Studied php but chose testing.My first salary i received was rs.5000. I started my career as a manual tester there.Step by step after 2 to 3 years my salary was increased to rs.18, 000. All was very fine till 2013. The great mistake i did was, not switch over to other concern, instead depending on the management and this concern. In 2014, aug-sep employees were not treated with salary, also management was not transparent with employees. Just said, client have not released salary to give you all. Md could have invited all employees and briefed about the financial situation.But they failed to do. They were not in a mind to settle pending salary for those months. From the beginning, loss of pay policy was followed. Which is a failure model to both organization and employees. During this period, it was a total collapse of supporting employees financially. Not even a drop of responsible was expressed by md and her husband mr.Kannan. Management did not care about fulfilling even the essential need(food & rent) of the team and myself. Though it’s a covid situation, after so many years am complaining about md and her husband, at least support financially now to me and if possible to the team who worked at that time with rs.20, 000 each. I have already sent mail, but no response to it. We don’t know, what you both are going to achieve by doing salary pending. There should be ethical behavior in running business. Not just expressing anger, unsupported and salary pending at your worst cases. I will not move on until some compensation will be settled you considering your current financial situation. It would be helpful for all, at this covid situation.Sobinfotech is a perfect company for freshers, a good environment to learn new technologies. Work in projects for an year or 2, candidates must jump atonce after that to an mnc, instead of continuing your career there. I don’t know the current scenario of the company anyhow. Show courtesy atleast for employees those who worked for you day night without caring about time worked for the projects.Dont just practice the don’t care policy. If an employee has decided to work for a new company, he or she must be given the salary worked for you for the notice period month, but without mercy, you and the management just don’t release the salary to employees.This is the face of activity, you have earned you in society, and made this complaint against you. Please change these type mismanagerial activities. I just expect md mrs.Ahila gowri and mr.Kannan to release atleast 20, 000 rupees to me and my team that could be helpful for them and family in covid situations.
