Social Trade Biz — Still yet i have not refund the amount 57500 and it is already more than 20 days

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have joined Social Trade on 14/12/2016 and my ID is 61922510. Due to some financial problem in my family and urgent requirement of money I had submitted for refund on 19/12/2016 in Help Center at Social Trade site.

But still yet I have not received the refund amount 57500. Please refund me the amount, as I have very urgent requirement. It is already more than 20 days.

The ticket ID on dated[protected] was ST[protected]. But Now it is not showing in the Help Center.

Updated by sanjeeb.abap As per refund policy I had apply for Refund within 10 days. After approval of the refund from Refund Team, User will get settled amount within the next 15 days in their Bank Account. But still yet I have not received the refund amount 57500 . So please refund the amount.
