Dear sir,
I have been given rs.15000 worth sodexo gift coupons with expiry date of 31 dec'17 by deducting my salary by my previous employer last year. Due to unforeseen reason i could not use within due date. I called, emailed and requested sodexo to revalidate with future date, they are not accepting to revalidate. So my hardearned money is stuck with sodexo. I even requested them in case of any charges please deduct and give me the balance by coupons or money or any mode but they are not accepting.
Please help consumer forum to get back my hardearned money rs.15000.
