hey soffel now i reveal myself to your. i am a student of gojan school of business and technology,
i attend your campus interview once, i got selected and got the offer letter. then the very next week i visited soffel(a big mnc). thats the worst moment on my life i was just shocked and stumbled, thats not a company its just a rented home, in first floor soffel(mnc) is present and in the ground floor one family is living and in ground floor they are doing cardboard packing business( simple-ah sollanum na thi petti sairanga). my home will be bigger than this company, my toilet will be bigger than this company's recieption.

thank god! after this incident i started preparing well for interviews without believing college campus interviews and finally got placed in a really billon dollar company.

this my short short story of how i was affected by soffel.

2.Fuse was unplugged this month (Current bill kattalanu)
3.No Outgoing call for landline(Phone bill kattala)
4.They don't give salary to even House keeping .
5.All Employees are one-by-one going out.Because they don't give salary for 3 months.But management is happy thinking that salary is remaining(They think "Happa!! salary micham")
6.They didn't registered in Ministry of corporate Affairs(MCA)(Even some training centres registered in MCA... Soffel is shameless telling its a geniune software company).

Yes Yar this is one of the worst company, what at least this is not a company.I also worked when company starts .and there are not giving salaries and i saw how they cheat freshers.actually all employees of company when starts they resigned why becoz they not given salaries.first of all they don't have vision

there Is company at Chennai named Soffel Technologies pvt. Ltd., it's a big fraud company in Chennai. there are five named elvis, dinesh, saravanan, ajith mouriya, and the greate vijayalatha... those who are owners of that company...those five peoples are came by last year for campus interview on my collage. they selected me as a android developer trainee and gave me a offer letter to join on june 5th 2012 with 15, 000 payment for training. I was stepped into Chennai with lot of dreams on by the hope with Soffel... but on that day I'm getting shocked that there are more than 80 peoples are there for join with soffel.
the exact is 93 candidates are selected for android developer on all over tamil nadu...once i was entered into that office there is three roomed house... total capacity is only for 6 to 10 alone...on that the idiotic owners are 5 and receptionist are 2 and floor incharge is 1. they told to started the branch office at Virugambakkam behind Koimbedu bus terminal...k.. we are getting into a new place...but in that office in virugambakkam is a 2nd floor above the IOB bank... on the floor ther was two software companies one is soffel tecnologies and other one is innova softwares... both are shared that floor.. they wer split us into 3 batches.
with separate timings because of insufficient space on the floor..they told that no salary for first month...then the training started from Java.. it was goning on more than 1 month... after the month end they told to no salary for training peroid...so that more than 20 trainees are quit from soffel. and the next month Android classes has been conducted...after 2 months the told that the training period is 3 months. so you dont have a salary for 3 months... most of trainees are quit from soffel.. at the last we are 21 are remaining from 92... the soffel thoughts us to sending out without any salary... at the end of third month they told to complete the sample project..then only we gave a salary...
and some incidents some more peoples quit from soffel...on november the virugambakkam branch has be wind up back to arumbakkam corporate office...because they dont pay the rent for the floor and also the current bill also...at last we are only 10 are working with soffel with out any salary for more than 4-5 months...there is a limit for everything. at the end i'm also qiut from soffel for asking money(Not Salary) for go to home for pongal festival...now im in my home town.. i wasted my precious time with blody Soffel... why im saying this now because these soffel has be strated a new company with new name on gundy, chennai... again they recruiting fresher's on 2013 batch with payment for training... pls dont waste your carrier with lkie this companies in chennai...
