I am Chandrabalan M, I was applied a loan Rs.200000/- in Sofi loan through online on Nov-2021. First time they asked 5% deposit for my repaying capacity purpose. After than they are told your account number is not correct so that you want to pay account verification purpose again deposit money. i contacted to customer care person they asked many more facts reason every time they payment received for their said many more time deposit for various facts, till time i paid totally Rs.8, 70, 221/-. Last week they ask again deposit for transfer fee, I wont pay it. i strictly told them, i wont pay money again, you refund my deposit amount. Now they are telling me, if you want your money refund, you want to pay 10% of total my deposit amount. I told them if you not refund my money without any deposit, i go to consumer complaint against your company. They told me your wish, whatever you decision you do.
I really disappoint from this company, i get mentol presser. So i want to compensate from this company 100 crores for their bad service. Was this information helpful? |
