On April 13, 2025, I placed an order through the website softaura.co.in (found via Instagram) for a pack of 8 Under Armour trunks priced at ₹780. Since the site allowed guest checkout, I did not create an account.
The product was delivered on April 20, 2025. To my shock, I received a used pizza box containing old, dusty, and unrelated clothes — not the ordered trunks. This is clearly a fraudulent delivery.
There is no proper return or refund policy on the website, and the seller (email: [protected]@gmail.com) has not responded to my complaint. I am requesting a full refund and strict action against the seller to prevent further scams.
I have proof of the order and photos of the package contents.
