My name is Shreyansh Jha and I live in Siliguri, West Bengal. My number is [protected]. I want to complain about a website development agency. The name of the company is Softbit Solutions and the website is http://www.softbitweb.com. I had given them a project to design the website for which the bill was signed for Rs. 40000. Out of which 23000 was already paid by me. But he was unable to complete the project. Now the owner is not returning us our money. He has only returned Rs. 5000 till now and it is going to be around 2 years. Whenever we call him he either gives us an extended date or he just not receives the call. Please help us getting our money refunded. We will be very grateful to you. Please help us.
