I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against a company named SOFTTECH IT WORLD, which has committed online fraud by misrepresenting product deals and coercing payment under false pretenses.

Payment Method: UPI to ID – [protected]@paytm
Mode of Contact: Online chat (proof available)
Fraudulent Email Used: ecom.[protected]@gmail.com (posing as Ecom Express)
Nature of the Fraud:
The company influenced me into purchasing a product by offering a seemingly good deal.
I was asked to pay an advance of ₹7, 000 via UPI.
Later, they impersonated Ecom Express using a fake Gmail ID to pressure me into making the full payment, claiming the product could not be delivered otherwise.
I have all transaction IDs and chat proof to support my claim.
Request:
Immediate investigation into the fraudulent activities of SOFTTECH IT WORLD.
Freezing of the UPI account associated with [protected]@paytm.
Full refund of the ₹7, 000 paid.
Action against the impersonation of Ecom Express to prevent further scams.
I request that this matter be treated with urgency to prevent others from falling victim to similar scams.
