I registered on quickr for some data entry work from home jobs. Next day, a person texted me and asked me to WhatsApp him my details if I'm interested. So I did that and then he asked for my aadhar and other details. So there is no registration charge, but u have to fill 1000 forms in 10 days with 80% accuracy. And they'll pay you 40 rupees per form. So I registered and then they'll make you sign an agreement. (THAT AGREEMENT IS FAKE.) Then you'll start work. So I noticed that
1) the company does not have a website
2) software link solutions as a company does not exist as per govt records (Fake company)
3) there e-agreement is fake
That's when I told them that I want to leave the job. They said that I have to pay charges of 5000 or else they will file a legal case. So I told them that I'll continue. But then after 4 days, they said that my account had multiple logins and therefore I have breached the agreement. Hence I will have to 18000 or they will file a case against me for 1lakh rupees. So being a law student, I told them that your company does not exist and this is just a way of getting money from innocent people. Then they didn't bother me again.
*Suggestions*:
1) Don't join this organisation
2) If joined, leave it as soon as possible. Ignore their messages and calls and mails. A person acting as a lawyer will call you. He's also FAKE. He's a part of their company only. It's just a way to scare you.
3) DON'T PAY A SINGLE RUPEE TO THEM.
4) Ask them what's your CIN (Corporate Identity Number). They won't have any answer
5) The FIR and Legal Notice they send you is fake. It is totally fake. Don't get scared and lay them any amount.
6) Yash arora, Nitin Gadhvi, Shreya mehta etc all are fake. They cannot do anything Was this information helpful? |
