Want to lodge complaint against this fraud real estate investment company who has been collecting money from general public as fixed deposits & monthly recurring, as an investment with returns in double the amount invested. The tenures for the investments are in between 1 to 5 years.
I've also invested my money in this company through an agent named Mr. Hemant Kulkarni, Akurdi, Chinchwad of this company. I have done monthly recurring investment of Rs. 15000/- since Jan'2014. The maturity as per the policy certificate provided by this company was in Jan'2019. But by the time the policy got matured, I came to know from the agent that there are delays in getting back the investment amount for all the existing customers. The agent did not give any clarification for the delay in returning investment. Later on he started giving the reasons of Real-Estate market slowdown and effects of de-monetization. I've been following up with the agent since last year January (2019). He has his own office in Nigdi. I've visited his office multiple times and have been following up with him on phone as well. But there wasn’t any proper response or cooperation provided by him. I've been requesting him to share the contacts of all the other investors and the other agents of this company so we can lodge complaint collectively against this company. But he is not cooperative at all and have not provided any details so far.
The owner of the company SOIL Group / Soil Properties & Infra India Ltd. is Mr. Shivaji Jadhav. I had asked my agent to provide this owner’s contact details, but could not or not ready to provide that as well. I've tried to meet Mr. Jadhav couple of times. But could meet him only twice at his new office - Vision Plus, NH-4, Adjacent to Bhakti-Shakti Garden, 17/5/ A & B, Old Mumbai - Pune Hwy, Transport Nagar, Nigdi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411044.
In both the meetings he did not gave any specific date or week, month for the investment returns. Most of the times he is not available at his office. And have hired local gundas and lady bouncers who are least bothered to reply to any questions asked.
At present, because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, this office is closed. When I asked my agent, Mr. Kulkarni, he replied that due to the pandemic situation now there is no guaranteed timeline for the return of the investment amount to anyone. When I asked about lodging the complaint against this company in Nigdi police station, he is not in the favor of it.
Since there is no specific date or timeline for the investment returns from the company and neither the company owner, Mr. Shivaji Jadhav nor the agent, Mr. Hemant Kulkarni are responsive and confirming the investment amount returns as per the policy agreement, I want to lodge the complaint against both of them in the consumer court to take the right action and return all the investors’ money as per their respective policies.
