Since the last four months, SolarSquare has been assigned to install a rooftop solar system at my premises. However, despite repeated follow?ups, the company failed to enable or process my financing, which ultimately led to the cancellation of the installation through no fault of mine.
Following the cancellation, SolarSquare has deducted an amount from the initial payment made by me, even though the cancellation occurred due to their inability to complete essential financial formalities. This deduction is unjustified and has caused financial loss.
Additionally, for the past two months, I have been repeatedly requesting SolarSquare to delete my profile from their internal portal, as its presence is preventing me from applying to other solar vendors. Despite multiple reminders, the team has not taken any action and continues to state that there is “no option to delete the ID, ” which is unacceptable and misleading.
This prolonged inaction, lack of resolution, and continued blockage of my ability to proceed with alternative vendors has caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary mental stress to me and my family.
I request the following actions on priority:
A clear explanation and justification for the amount deducted from my initial payment.
Immediate deletion of my profile from the SolarSquare portal.
Written confirmation once the above actions are completed.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance and legal channels.
