So I recently ordered shoes from @solemates.chd and firstly, after a month of placing the order they told me that my shoes have been lost in shipping process. Secondly, I asked for a refund since I didn’t wanna place another order with them, to which they declined. The person with whom I was talking to on instagram literally said “choose another shoes or we won’t reply” and this is just the starting.. he was extremely rude (told me that I was an illiterate women), wasn’t responding.
I gave up and chose another shoes because they left me with no other choice but the new shoes that I chose were ₹1000 cheaper therefore they promised to pay me back the ₹1000.
I just received the shoes..
1) These are 100% fake. Like not even 1st copy or replicas. These are different colour, fake nike font, bad material.
2) I have literally begged this guy for a refund and the person is not even seeing my texts. Basically I’m ghosted.
I have wasted my 4000 rupees on this page + the mental peace I’ve exhausted while talking to that
