Solemates.chd — I never received my order of Rs 3000 and for another product of Rs 3000, wrong item was delivered.

I order 2 pair of birkinstock flats in March. I received the wrong color. And the order product was never delivered. After 3 months, they simply blocked me when I asked for refund.
