This brand has not delivered a parcel I placed on December 24, 2025 it’s been 3 months and no response from them after paying they stopped responding and didn’t provide tracking id even though they promised after 2-3 days and they won’t reply properly on instagram or WhatsApp even though they are active and even after reaching out through different accounts they stop responding again leaving me on seen or delivered
