So, we had purchased a tv of 55 inches for 30000/- from Star agency, they offered us insurance cover for extended 4-year coverage on the tv exactly of company warranty, so they said this company will cover everything if your tv has faults within this 4 extended years and we need not have to pay any extra money as it will be covered through this insurance, SO we purchased it, now the TV has screen panel problem so we asked the technician to give us the estimate of the screen panel which is 40000 rupees, but the insurance company is strictly saying that they will only pay us 14500 something, so we have to pay extra 25000 for the screen panel. So we feel like they are cheating us by not paying full amount, since the card they have given us have no where written that only particular percentage will be only waived. Please help us. I am filing another grievance against the tv company since they have quoted us the product part price more than the TV price itself. Was this information helpful? |
