Somerville School — issues at school

I have 2 kids studying in this school and my son was one the firsts to join the school in nursery of the school. I was very enthusiastic about the academic excellence of somerville schools as some of my known were passouts from the noida branch.
I went to noida branch for admission, filled the form, got selected and during an interview with mrs. D. A tressler, (At that time she was the director of somerville schools) she told us to go for international school as this was new and had international level facilities. I went ahead and got my child admitted to the school.
During the early days, the school building was not complete, there was lot of issues with management as it had teething problems, it was understood and the administration was also understanding the concerns and was eager to help the parents out and listen to them.
At time of admission i asked what would be the maximum strength of the class. I was told by colonel menon (The admin officer) it would not be more than 22. He left the school after sometime... About a month there was no administration officer. After sometime the strength of the class increased to 32.
Then also at time of admission i asked what all is incuded in the annual fee fo rs. 24000, i was told that after the annual fee, i would not be paying for any activities, events so they take the fee for all the activities at one time. There were not much activities in school in earlier days, but later they were added. But even during the year, they asked for some tit-bits... I didnt made any concern as the studies and my child were working good.

But now even paying for school fees feels like a burden on me as i am not getting what i am paying for. Since aparna maggie (The earlier principal) has left. The school has seen a major downfall in administration as well as parent representation. The school's e-care systems which is an online communication from teachers to parents is a complete failure and nothing is communicated to parents even in diaries.

To discuss this i met other parents and i was shocked to hear that all the teachers are boasting to the parents about the children that they are brilliant... No complaints apart from some small tit-bits.
We also know our children and where they stand. I was seeing a downfall in my child, his notebooks incomplete and not checked by teachers, less numbers in semester 3 where he performed better in semester 2 and i was still hearing that my child is brilliant and no complaints.

The sports day was also a failure. 2 months the children were preparing for the sports day, just to show to the management... They were sitting in open ground in the winters which made them suffer cold and cough, even on the sports day, my child fell in the ground, got bruises, but there was no medical treatment given to him. Even he approached teacher to get him some first-aid.

Mrs. Chaudhary must be good in her studies but as a principal or a manager of the school, she is not doing her job. She is scolding parents for non-sense reasons. All the parents are having complaints against her.

This is really bad and something needs to be done in this regard. I also appeal for fee reversal for this year as this has been a complete spoiled year.
