Ref to the Complain No.[protected], Your Service representative for Tarani Electronics From Bhubaneswar Mr. Chitaranjan Mohanty attended to install the 32" LED TV. Since the TV was defective neither he could install it nor repaired. As advised by 247 Around Mr Souvik Ganguly, Kolkata office, the Service representative opened the back panel of TV and took few photographs and concluded that the mother board of the said tv is defective and need to be replaced. Please find few photographs attached herewith for your reference.
Since the TV is a brand new and not in used for a single day, it is requested to replace the TV with a new one or rectify within 3-4 days.
