Soni Enterprises — Complaint of fraud with regard to assurance of annual maintenance contract (amc)

I am a resident of Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. I have an Aqua Fresh RO Purifier installed at my house. I had received a telephone call at my landline from an executive of the said company wherein they assured me regarding their services wrt RO maintenance and repairs. In good faith, I accepted a proposal of visit by their executive. Their executive named Manoj visited my house on 27.3.2016 and during the visit, he offered an attractive scheme for maintenance of RO Purifier for Senior Citizens. He offered an Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) for Rs. 2500/- starting from 27.3.2016 till 26.09.2017 with an attractive free gift of an USHA Steam Iron to be delivered in 2-3 days thereafter.

My RO had some leakage problem and for which he replaced some part (called as Foot Ball) and also replaced filter candle too. But immediately after his visit the leakage persisted and then I have been calling the customer care no. printed on the Service Contract Document he handed over to me. But, to my surprise the number is always found switched off whenever I call at this number. The number is [protected].

However, I also tried to contact the executive's personal number that I had taken from him during his visit but whenever I call at that number it always keeps on ringing and no one picks up the call. That number is [protected].

The Address printed on the Service Contract is R 102/A, Dilshad Colony, Delhi-110095.

This company is a fraud and have fraudulently taken Rs. 2500/- in the name of a fake contract and therefore I request you to take immediate action and help me recover my money. I also request you to take stern steps against the company so that they do not ditch or dodge other people in future.
