Sonix Human Capital Solutions — fraudulent job offered and borrowed loan of 3 lakhs on my name

I got a call from SONIX Hyderabad that they provide a job even without no experience in software background. There will be probation period upto 6 months. During probation period they offer training in software skills but for that I have to pay amount to the training. I said I have no money but they told that they are in tie-up with a finance company named Varthana finance. They will sanction the loan of 3+ lakhs Indian rupees. During probation they will pay me salary of 15K per month and after 6 months of probation period, 30K per month. So that I can pay EMIs to the loan lender. Everything was done and they don't pay any salary and also no training provided. Later 3 months, they are not interacting with me and also have no activity within the company of Sonix. VARTHANA finance company blaming me to clear the EMI. I don't know what to do.
