Soniya Shaikh — Complaint Regarding Delay/Irregular Timing of NMMT Bus No. 9 and 62

Dear NMMT Team,

I would like to register a complaint regarding the irregular timing of NMMT buses at Vashi Railway Station.

After 6:00 PM, NMMT buses Route No. 9 and 62 are often not departing according to the scheduled timetable. Passengers have to wait for a long time, and sometimes the buses do not leave at the expected time.

I request NMMT to kindly check the evening bus timings and ensure that buses are operated as per the scheduled timetable. This issue is causing inconvenience to daily passengers, especially during the evening hours.

Please look into this matter and take the necessary action.
