On 26 July 2025, I received a Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel worth ₹599 from a seller named “Soul Innate, ” House No 16/B, DP Enclave Part 2, Nr Balaji, West Delhi — via Ekart Logistics.
I did not place any such order. The product was fake clothing with no label, brand, or details. It was completely different from any real order.

This is clearly a scam COD parcel. I demand a refund and action against the seller for fraud and misuse of personal address.
